Do not support Fila! They are rogues.
Stay away from purchasing from Fila's online store!!!! They are rogues!!!! They will take your money and not deliver your items and you'll never be able to get hold of them! They will ignore all emails and communication.

Poor customer service
Please DO NOT shop online with Polo. They will not deliver all of your items. You will spend 2 weeks sending numerous emails and calling many times to try and find out why, just to be told that they didn't have your item in stock...something that you should have been informed of as the customer. You will spend another week or more chasing them to process a refund. All they do is apologize and escalate the issue. You will struggle to get answers and your money back. You will regret shopping online with Polo.

I've been blocked from buying electricity on my prepaid meter for no reason..my meter no. is 04268450196. How the hell do you'll do this to your people that are paying their bills and taxes on time?!? Who is going to pay for all the inconvenience you are causing me!?!? Please fix this!!!!

Zando is useless
Tried purchasing items from Zando, followed all the instructions for payment, money leaves my account and paid to Zando, yet I receive an email saying my order has been cancelled. Called customer care to be told nothing can be done and that I need to prove that I have paid. Please don't support such an unreliable business. You will be disappointed.

Worst bank in South Africa
Please do not bank with Standard Bank, they are the most useless bank in South Africa. I have noticed withdrawal fees being charged to me when that was not the terms and conditions I agreed to. When I called customer care, I was told that there has been a change. Apparently even if you make 2 withdrawals which is within your 5 withdrawal limit, but the amount being withdrawed exceeds R5000 for the month, you pay charges. When was this bull**** comminicating with your customer? It's the same as monthly bank fees and transaction charges, you just see increases with no communication. This is not what I signed up for. Standard Bank should just close down, useless bunch of idiots.

Horrible service and food
The Roti and Chai at Suncoast Casino needs to close down. 2 out of 3 items I would have liked to order were out of stock. The young lady at the cashier that spent 2 hours doing her make-up should have rather spent 2 hours learning the menu. How can you be a cashier when you don't know what customers are asking for? As for the meal, the lamb seekh kabab wrap, that was more like a wrap with some lettuce in it. Please don't waste your money supporting them, you will be disappointed.

Gateway Cinema a waste of time and money
The cinema at Gateway is pathetic. You robbing your customers and still providing pathetic service. Walked into the movie 10 minutes early with all the lights turned off, not being able to even see the stairs. Once the movie started, all the lights came on and stayed on for almost 20 minutes until someone had to get up and go and check what's going on. Please train your staff or close down your cinema.

Exact providing false information
Opened a new account at Exact Gateway today expecting to get R1500 worth of vouchers as it is advertised all around the store only to be told that they out of vouchers and I need to come back to the store on another day when they have stock. How can a store inconvenience a customer because they don't know how to run a business? Please stop providing false information to customers, take down your signs.
