I did an upgrade 2 moths ago ,last month my bill was R1416.43 instead of R286 i queried the invoice before the debit order went through ,I spoke to a lady Zoliswa Kweyi and she said my contract is on "spend limit" meaning its not a top up that's why my bill is so high .I told her i have never signed up for that and the guy who did my upgrade didn't mention any of that ,she suggested i request a recording ,since i did my upgrade over the phone .Phoned their sales department was told the details of the person who did my upgrade are not showing on their system ,escalated the matter with their manager Fortune Bhele ,who never came back to me ,sent several emails to Zoliswa she didn't respond .A debit order went through on the 26th of October 2021 ,instead of R286 they debited R1416.43, money i dont have which was supposed to be for my daughter's fees .On the 3rd November 2021 i called again trying to understand what is that money for and why i can't get a recording ,spoke to Nomusa Bhele and Aubrey they couldnt help .Called the cancellation department spoke to Nicolette Pholoba she said i need to pay a cancellation fee of R2000 and tried to resolve the matter ,i asked her to cancel and close all the benefit and this sim card is used by an old and she kept on saying the old lady was aware that is making calls and me fighting wont help and i wont be refunded (mind you the benefits of the previous contract was she could phone telkom number with 3000 minutes ) How is the old lady uppose to know that now she can't phone with free minutes were as we were told the benefits will be the same as the previous one ,but they will also add all networks free minutes .This morning 4th November 2021 i received another invoice saying i will be paying R1015.26 instead of R286 ,i again called and spoke to Ntokozo Cele who said i was charged for making calls and yet i on the 21 October 2021 i requested tht they change it to top-up .Im so fustrated and angry ,my mom i using the sim card ,there is no way she can spend so much on calls ,she uses her telkom free minutes to phone telkom numbers .I want my money back and cancel all my contract with you and I won't be paying a cancellation fee because you are the reason I'm cancelling and your sales department was misleading ,you busy scamming people ,I also want to cancel my DLS WI-FI contract .
I applied for unlimited internet services in January 2021 and an installation was done in February 2021.18 March 2021 my router stopped working , I called and was told to take it to my nearest telkom they brought it back and said it cant be fixed .Made several calls and without help on the 21st April 2021 they collected the router and was told they will deliver a new one within 5 working days ,today its the 17th May 2021 and still haven't received anything .The saddest part is debit orders are going through .I'm so disgusted by their services .I just need my money back and cancel your services .
I was warned about MiWay customer service ,its horrible I've experienced it . Every time you request a call back they never call ,yesterday i wanted to make a claim and had few questions regarding MiWarranty i was chatting to a lady named Nkele Molele and promised to call back she never did .3 months ago same thing happened ended up paying cash .When you call them in the middle of the conversation the phone cuts and they don't bother to call back .
I bought baby soft 2 ply toilet paper at Pick n Pay Oakfield .The quality is so bad :( Its not soft like the one we normally buy ,the puppy is not clearly visible and upside down .I opened another packet thinking maybe the one i bought had factory fault , unfortunately it was the same .Why are you selling us your rejects ?
I would like to thank woolworths as a whole :) for the love and care they have for their customers . 1st it was Woolworths at Greenstone mall .I forgot my parcels at the counter on a black Friday went back the next Monday ,everybody remembered that plastic bag ,they told me they going to view their footage as its the policy ,they called me and indeed i got my items back ,as they took them back to the floor .One item i didn't get was credited . Thank you so much Greenstone team :) Then it was Woolworth online :) My order wasn't delivered ,i made a follow up then a lady by the name of Patience called me telling me the items were returned to the warehouse because i was not there to receive my order but she will come back to me .I was shocked cause i expected the delivery and i was at work on that day . Then Asmaa Ismail called me and i got one of my items at a reasonable price :) though i didn't get all my items ,but the most important one was sent to on Friday 8/02/2019. I received a message stating they will debit R99.00 in my account ,I don't even know who they are and I've never spoken to them .The number on the message doesn't exist .Please don't open the link using our phone ITS A SCAM .
<p>We ordered a few items on the online sale 50% and the order went through ,a delivery date was selected and items were supposed to be deliverd on the 13th of February 2017 .The 13th passed nothing was recieved today 16th February we called to make a follow up and we were told the items are not in stock and they wont be delired .They didnt bother to notify us ,email or a simple phone call .I find this very impossible because when you order online if stock is not availalble the order doesn't go through when you try to select the size .I am so dissappointed ,angry ,annoyed i have never expirience this .</p>
<p>I placed an order on the 25th October and till today i haven't received it .Normally their delivery period is 20 days .I send emails everyday they dont bother to respond or say what is the delay but they quick to respond when you didnt pay the delivery fee.Another order they delivered with wrong sizes when i sent them an email they asked me to send pictures of which i did but never heard anything from them ,Next week it will be 60 days .Im so annoyed because that was meant to be a gift .</p>
<p>We bought a fridge at one their sister company best electric,We paid and when we were left with R1500.00 ,i lost my job and my partner was not earning enough we couldn't afford the instalment then after a year i managed to get a job and the balance was standing on R3000.00 ,We kept on phoning and asking how did they get to that amount they couldnt give us answers till today they came wanting to repossess and gave them R500 ,We phoned again requesting details of the attorneys so we can arrange for settlement they refused and said its not possible .Pathetic service from the call centre as well ,ripping people off .</p>
