Purchased some earphones not available locally & received it about 10 days later.
For the heaven knows how many, i stopped counting, since upgrading to a Explorer Ultra the 4th of Jan my service is suspended.
Having been a DSTV premuim subscriber for 20 years, i upgraded to an ultra on the 4th of Jan. My account gets suspended every 3 days. Then spending hours on the phone to get it resolved. Yesterday , the 26th , it got suspended again. After 2 attempts to get it resolved to be able to watch tennis this weekend i gave up. Including yesterdays 2 failed attempts , it would be 9 attempts to get the account resolved since 4 Jan! It is like they do want premuim subscribers to leave Multichoice
I am a premuim DSTV subscriber for 20 years. After having upgraded to the Ultra Explorer recently, i have had endless problems with my account. It does not seems as if DSTV really cares about the huge number of premuim subscribers they are loosing as they are about to loose another one.
I have an Afrihost/TTconnect fibre installation for one week now , without any service! For the first few days i tried to get it resolved via the bot. That was useless , then tried it telephonically, also no luck. Do not know what to do anymore! But payment was deducted this morning like clockwork.
Luckily only had one claim so far, in Dec 2018 which was easily processed
I had a quote form iWYZE on the 2nd of March , in which they did not beat my current premium. The last correspondence from them after posting on hellopeter was on the 5th of April, in which I was assured it was directed to the claims team for urgent assistance. I also had a quote from Outsurance in January , which they could not beat my existing premium and within 3 days , R1500 was paid into my account. Imagine logging a claim with iWYZE in the case of an accident
On the 2nd of March I was quoted by iWyze which could not beat my existing insurance quote. I asked for the R1750 as promised in one of their campaigns, it is now 4 April, then numerous complaints and follow ups and I am still without the R1750. The last communication I had was on the 25th of March. In Jan i also had an quote from Outsurance which could not beat my current Insurance premuim and within 3 days Outsurance honoured their promise. Imagine having a claim logged with iWyze
About 2 minutes after my posting a week ago I received a call from iWYZE upon which the gentleman would have followed up and phone me back which did not happen. Imagine how difficult it must be to get a claim processed with iWyze if you need to.
On the 2nd of March I got a quote from iWYZE ( Old Mutual ) for vehicle and household insurance. They could not beat my existing insurance premium. As I have a 3 year no claim bonus they advertise they will give me R1750. I send them the documentation required of my existing insurance schedule and a claims history letter. I did not even receive an automated response on the email submission. I have phoned numerous times about the subject but could not even got to speak to someone in the appropriate dept. There is no direct line using 0860 939 493 to the dept. Phone the sales dept from where I got the original quote did not help. I did the same exercise with Outsurance 2 month prior and within a week the funds was in my bank account It it is this much hassle for Old Mutual Insurance to honor their word on adverti*****ts , imagine the hassle when logging a claim.
