My fraud case remains unresolved after being bounced from pillar to post for a week. After throwing a fit, I finally got through to a Mukhethwa Sebepwane who promised action, but that was just to get rid of me. As usual, FNB spams you after you post on HelloPeter, just hot air from a useless bank.
Reporting fraud and getting feedback from FNB is near impossible. What’s the point of reporting the fraud early when they transaction goes through anyways while you are shoved the useless answer of “we are investigating”. These banks are so useless and yet charge some of the hostess rates in the world!
I have been a boody customer for years now and have been happy with the service and quality. However, I’m not happy with the recent quality of their products. Trying to return and get a refund is cumbersome if not impossible yet it is impossible to fit their clothes because they are an online store.
Does anyone know how to get hold of wellness warehouse when you have ordered online? Their service is rubbish! They have an online business but no dedicated call centre to deal with clients. Their chosen courier is even worse. Not to mention that items are always put of stock in the shop, forcing you to use their shady online service.
The online food experience is horrible. Always discrepancies with the delivery times they give you and when they actually deliver without any explanation. And no notification of the lateness. I won’t talk about how chaotic the delivery guys are…forgetting items or mixing packages is often what you will get with them. What is the R50 they charge for then?
What a bunch of crooks! Please DO NOT sign any contract with these people. Their handling of the COVID situation with regards to payments was rubbish. They automatically extended contracts and made us pay R99 admin fee. Then when you give them notice on your original contract that you are cancelling, the stories begin. All the while money keeps getting debited. Can I also mention that it’s almost impossible to reverse or cancel their debit order, it gets processed as a card payment. Again beware of this! They hide behind emails and never make an effort to call you.
When exactly does one’s ebucks reflect? It’s the 11th June today...what is going on? Are there lags? Nothing is reflecting for May transactions.
I concur with everyone who has had a horrible experience regarding their online orders with this store. The long story about lockdown is way overdue, especially because there is currently NO WAY OF GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM. They don’t deliver, they don’t refund, they do jack all! But they are happy to sit on our monies and earn interest. My order is over a month overdue today. I’ll happily never purchase from their stores... this experience shows how little they care about the customer.
We used this travel agency to process tickets to Spain for a December trip but had to cancel the trip due to unforeseen events. The agency was inform TWO weeks ahead of the travel time and asked to cancel and refund us but we being given the round around about the exact refund period. The ridiculous period of 7 days to 3 months is being communicated! What is the point of using a travel agency for bookings if you don’t have the comfort of speedy service? Moreover they refuse to put us through to the the airline which they are blaming for the delay. No one wants to be held accountable and instead we are referred to vague refund policies that make no sense. Elan Thinnies from Rennies has been completely unhelpful to us.
