There is no experience and in future no expectation. As with certain agencies and agents in Potch there is no reply on engagement after enquiries. Property24 should also verify that property is actually sold and not just kept on the site to create an illusion that they have stock. Theo use to have a good reputation …….. but all things change.

Rain always has an excuse for No customer service! So I post everything on Hellopeter. It’s time people know how terrible this company is! My father died September 2015
My father died September 2015. All paperwork ie death certificates etc forwarded! Today I received an email to renew license and an outstanding amout! Absolutely useless enterprise.

A week ago my house burned down
A week ago my house burned down. Had an external router. Send emails every day for 6 days now as a need an insurance quote! I submitted claims now without router and I will see them wherever and whenever I can hurt their brand! Thats a promise!

I made a stupid mistake and started interaction with Bheki on 26 December. Told her what happened. She was sharp, to the point and solved my problem immediately with explanations. Melon’s service and the interaction with their agents are now becoming predictable as BEST IN CLASS.

New laws RICA your router please
order rain 5g. Sim was Rica. Rain suggested a new router and used Ram couriers. Even worse !!! Want to RICA the device after sim is functional!!! How long before these useless companies close down? Sorry this is Africa everything goes. You need to collect your 5g router. Remember I need the original Memorandum an Articles and certificate to commence business. With all this fraud with you people I need to make sure. This is now publicand I will use it against you.

Any person considering rain! Please don’t it’s a waist off money and typical South-African service mentality! BUT you will pay for an inferior product and service! Useless company an useless people! The current shareholders turning a blind eye trying to start a bank! I wil harm all you brands from wine farm to robbing people with internet an hope your bank is a classic failure!!!!!!!
