I am writing this review with great disappointment regarding my recent experience with Renault Centurion. I purchased a Renault Kwid in 2020 as my first vehicle and owned it for two years without issues. My positive experience with the brand led me to trade it in for a Renault Kiger. Unfortunately, over the past two months, my experience has been extremely disappointing. On 23 December 2025, I took my vehicle to Renault Centurion due to a fan belt issue. It took over a month for the vehicle to be repaired, during which time I had to commute between Pretoria and Johannesburg using public transport, which caused significant inconvenience. Less than a month after collecting the vehicle, the same issue occurred again on 21 February 2026 while I was driving from Rustenburg. The vehicle was towed back to Renault Centurion on 23 February 2026. I was informed that the newly installed fan belt was damaged, though no clear explanation was provided as to how this occurred. Since 21 February 2026, I have been without my vehicle. Despite numerous follow-ups, I continue to be advised that a required part is being shipped with no confirmed ETA. On some occasions, I have been told to expect it only by the end of March 2026. In the meantime, I am forced to rely on public transport with school-going children while continuing to make monthly payments for a vehicle I cannot use. What adds to my frustration is that when I contacted Renault Centurion separately to enquire about a fan belt for a Renault Kiger, the number 012 682 9900 just rings once and disconnects.. This has left me confused and concerned about the prolonged delay in repairing my vehicle. I am extremely frustrated by this experience and urgently require my vehicle to be repaired. I do not understand the ongoing delays and am requesting immediate assistance and resolution.

Called Eskom to report cable theft and replacement. Case number is 566136619. Incident was raised on Monday and today is day 3 without electricity. When our neighbours cable was replaced same day, we were told that ours won’t be fixed same time as it’s still awaiting work order number but even today we still waiting whereas both incidents (ours and the house next door) were raised on the same day. How long does it take for a stolen cable to be replaced???
Experienced the worst service today from one of the courier from CCD Couriers. Ordered a WiFi router with MWeb and was supposed to get it today the 28th of July. At exactly 11:27 I received a call from 0117995000 and the the time I wanted to answer the phone dropped. I waited a few minutes waiting for the person to call again which never happened. I then called back the number and was told that it was the courier and he will call back to confirm delivery. At 13:00 I called again and only now I’m told that the courier said since I never answered, he returned with my router. My question is why call a person once and not try again? So you only call once and that’s it? If you say you were by my house then why didnt I see the car outside as I was outside washing my car? Now I’m being told that the delivery option is greyed out on the system and they not sure when my router will be delivered. I need my router ASAP please. Reference CVXIS183562
I purchased a Rain uncapped sim card on the 25th of October 2020 and it got delivered on the 27th. However, even today on the 29th, the sim card is not rica'd. I have sent 2 emails to support and one was closed without contacting me and the one its been open for over 24 hours. The website doesn't give an option to rica and I still can't utilize my sim. I don't know what more to do. I paid for a service that I cannot use. The level os service is so disappointing
Received a call on Thursday (16.05/2019) afternoon to confirm delivery address for order # 660640/660715 and was told that delivery would be Monday the 20th which is today. The self service link sent also states that delivery will on/before 20 May. Since I didn't get the confirmation sms like I was told I will get this morning, I called Digital Planet to enquire, now the story changes, I'm told the delivery won't be today but in 3 days. Problem is i'm supposed to be on leave but I opted to come to work today as I was told by the consultant and the system that my delivery will definitely be today Monday the 20th. I'm willing to wait by latest 16:00 today but I need my orders to be delivered today as promised please. I cannot afford to be around here tomorrow.
