I actually want to give this no stars at all. I am highly dissatisfied with the new Huggies extra care. I started using Huggies Extra care on my son from the day he was born and suddenly there is this rubbish new packaging. There is a reason I dont buy Gold and Dry comfort. I am not happy at all
CellC is the absolute pits!!! Do not take any product with CellC. You will never be free. My father and I are still awaiting a closure letter that was promised to be sent to us in 48 hours in March! They have poor customer servicing skills and run that place like a ****a shop. I am utterly disgusted by this service. I have never seen such service in my entire life!
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life! My father has been trying to close an account for the past 2 years. Contract ended in 2020, he tried to close the account. He was told it’s closed only for him to be handed over to lawyers this year. He paid the outstanding balance this year March 2022, he paid it and requested closure letter. Till today none is willing to assist us. I have no idea of who can help us. Please can we get urgent help.
Damelin is horrible! They owe my aunt money since 2020 February and have no intentions of paying her back her money. She has been in back and forth with them but they refusing to pay her back her money
I have never experienced such disgusting service from a service provider! Vodacom is a bully and has no regard for its customers!? These idiots are struggling to resolve their own idiotic mistake of billing me for 4 accounts when I only have 1 fibre line at home and one mobile cellphone account. I relocted in October, completed a relocation form and signed up for my line to be moved to the new house. Fibre eventually got installed after about 2 weeks of having logged the issue. I am now being forced to pay for both lines. How the **** am I gonna pay for a line that is no longer in use? I am getting threating smses threatening to cancel my services. I keep getting transferred from one stupid agent to the next and they all collectively telling there is nothing they can do. I am appalled

Please advise how exactly are we supposed to know the progress of our refunds? What ever happened to transparency? Why are our calls being avoided? This is not an adult manner of dealing with people especially in issue involving money. This is not right.</p> <p>I have emailed, been ignored. called, calls not taken. I am not happy with the service I am getting from IHS.
