I have been using Metrofiber go for 3 months now with out a problem, but yesterday I had my first issue and I called them to see if they can assist but the lady on the phone just said switch the device off for 10 minutes then it will be ok. I did that and still it was not working, then I sent a WhatsApp message where I even sent a screenshot of the router and they responded saying an agent will contact me. But no one contacted me and I’m still of line . The problem is I had to buy airtime and data because I use data for almost everything in my home.
**** , rain is a **** I canceled my rain subscription in January after having a problem with them for a long time, when I canceled the agent said I will be debited for the last time at the end of January and I agreed and I paid the amount. Now today I get a message from my bank that rain has submitted a debit order, I called and the agent Sushan saying I didn’t pay in December and I tell him I paid on the 23rd because they had suspended my services . I have a policy that takes money from my account every month and it's been going for about 3 years now. I called in to update some of my information on the policy, Mkululi from old mutual was taking my information when he asked me for my address I expected to him that I have moved a lot in the last 4 year and I could only remember 2 of the addresses I stayed at. My ID number was right, my cellphone number was right and my full names were right. Then Mkululi started being hostile to me and saying he won't help me if I don't have the correct address. I even gave him my email address that was right. Every month old mutual takes money from my account they don't ask me for this information. If this is happening to me now what will happen if I want to claim in the future
I don’t think rain takes its customers serious. I upgraded to the rain one thinking it will be fast but it’s slow and I tried to call them but no answer I even logged a call on there app and they said someone will call me but I’m still stuck with a WiFi that I pay but don’t work . Rain has dropped the ball and as loyal customers they don’t care about us . I wish I could one day say something nice about rain but for now I feel like they don’t care
Worst service provider . I called rain to change my payment date because they always turn off my services as I get paid on the last day of the month. The consultant changed me to the 1st with out informing me that i need to make a payment. On the 15th my service was cut when I called the call center they told me I have to pay before my service can be on again. Then the agent insisted that I can’t get my old date back. I work with this network and now I can’t work but they will want me to pay month-end . This is so unprofessional I have been with rain for 4 years I didn’t expect this from them
I received an sms from ccd to say they will deliver and I had to push back my meetings and still they have not delivered. Rain Internet service provider have inconvenienced me. At the beginning of the month I paid R838 because they said I owe them so I did pay , then they came again and debited my account with R108 I didn't have a problem the next day they refunded me the R108 I was confused but I said maybe it was a mistake on there side. Now I pay on the 1st of every month but today they blocked my services and they say I must pay the R108 when I don't even have money

Poor customer service . I called to change my payment date and the lady i talked to said it was done. Then i wake up today and i get this sms "We've stopped your DStv as you've not paid. To reconnect, pay R504.09 using ref no. Once paid, we'll reconnect you. To pay: payat.io/dstv/. " after i communicated with them . I call the call center again and i was told they can't help me.
They cormited fraud on my name and now they are making it my problem. First i made a order then they cancelled it then i made a order and they say they delivered but i didn't get anything
