Unprofessional
I joined and have to pay 200 monthly fine then last year October they did not debt until December when they decided to call and told me that i owe them and they had a system issue which is not my issue so i can not be in arrears as I had money in my account this month they decided to debit my money with interest.

Fake HTC phone purchase
I bought HTC wildfire E lite at Edgars in Alberton ,3 days after it fell from a bed pedestal.i could not take it back because it was my fault .when i called HTC to purchase a new screen i was told that the phone is fake ,I also tried to send it to local phone repair places they told me that they do not have the screen for it .Now im sitting with this phone and do not know what to do with it.

Bad htc screen quality
I bought ghis phone on satuday the 27 th mach yesterday the phone fell on the pedestal which is not too far from the ground and it cracked as if someone hit it with something i suspect the screen is bot stron because the screen cane with screen protectector and on their website you cant call as they have international number im leally frystrated

Poor service {Hollard Insurence /Finrite
My brother took the cell phone insurance with Hollard through Finrite .he logged a call to claim for his damaged phone in the beginning of may we have not been helped instead we have been sent from pillar to post Finrite has been contacted several times with no help

bad treatment fro Boxer
On the 21 of December 2018 i went to Boxer in KZN KwaNongoma Time was around 14:00 to 16:00 if i am not mistaken as i was coming from JHB. when i got in the shop i had my hand bag in it i had Gentle magic ,Toppers Biscuits and penty lines when i was about to pay i realized that i didn't show the security at the door , i then went to the security and left my grosser with my sister in the ques when i got to the security i explained to him that i forgot to declare the goods ,he sent me to store the manager , the manager that was working on that day then told me to pay for them i requested that we go to control room to view cameras she that said Boxers cameras doesn't capture everything in the shop .I had to give my sister my card to pay for my grosser and also wait again to pay for the two. My Question is that how many customers get treated like i was and also why would boxer investing on cameras that doesn't give them the view of everything happening in the shop. I was embarrassed told that they are trying to help me because i am the one who came with the goods in the shop Thank you

Decrease of loan instalment
I took a loan with Capitec bank i payed for 4 months on the 3rd month i realized that my responsibilities have increased .i then called the bank i was told that i should wait for 6 months at first ,i went again to the branch i was told that i i must wait for 4 months which was finishing on the 4th of December 2017 today on the 15th i went again i was told that they cant help me i must produce a proof which i didn't have i told them that its a family responsibility how can i produce proof for that .i then told them that i am coming to them because i do not want to end up changing my account and not pay them i want to pay but smaller amount .still they refused to help me.please help me i want to continue paying them but but at least 3000 per month
