You have changed the internet banking login method and credentials and my mother-in-law can't get into it. My wife has phoned numerous times to try and resolve the problem for her and the calls time out and no-one calls you back and you have to start getting authenticated and explain the problem all over again. This has been going on for for days now.

Hello! I switched on my holiday home last weekend for 3 days (now the minimum was previously 1 day, then 2 days, now 3 days!) and i see it is still on a week later. You can't speak to a human on whatsapp and noone answered the chat on MyDSTV. So sorry but this seems to be the only way i can communicate with you. I am still trying to cancel my Vodacom data contract 0827102661 which has expired. My mobile reception in my area is not good enough for your people to hear me. It should have been cancelled at the end of last month and i see a bill for this month of R636 . . please cancel it with immediate effect. Thank you.
