unhelpful and feel ****med
I am still waiting for my order for over 2 months now. It is my sons birthday present. I have followed up with Champion Gearz and they have not put in any effort to resolve the issue or shown any proof of urgency to resolve the problem. I feel ****med and cheated.

Champion Gearz are a waste of time
I ordered a top and short set from Champion Gearz for my son’s birthday at the begining of January. He didn’t have the gift to open. He wanted to wear it for a school event that’s this week ( we in February now) to show case the top to the children at the school which would have been great business for Champion Gearz. Still haven’t received it and I have been told it will take another month. Don’t waste your money on this company. They rude and unprofessional and have no urgency to keep their customers happy.

Sit down turned into takeaway???
Vida E Caffe' Welgemoed didn't have great service. I asked for a coffee and a quesadilla to sit down because I needed to send some emails. They brought my coffee in a take away cup and my food in a take away brown bag. I asked if I could sit and work and they gave me takeaway items. My coffee was cold. I asked the guy if I could have it in a mug and warmed up. No plate was brought to me for my food.

Zara Cape Town- no communication and no clothes
I ordered clothes on the 9th of July and on my order it says expected delivery the 19th of July. I hadn’t received anything after 5 days of delivery date and I was not contacted to let me know why it is late. I contacted Zara support and they said they will get back to me once they have investigated what the problem is. I hear nothing back. Now it is the 30 of July and I havent received my clothes after spending a few grand and they still come back with the same response saying they investigating the solution. It still says being processed on my account and that the delivery date is the 19 of July. This is unacceptable customer service, actually no service at all.

Large classes
Glenwood House in George is suppose to be private and we chose the school because of this. Now only 2 grade 2 classes with 24 learners in each. What’s the difference in private or government then? Waist of money!! Johburg people moving down don’t even bother.

Glasfit George - don’t waste your time
I have had such bad service from Simon at Glasfit George. Actually, I have NEVER had good service from them ever! We ordered a piece of glass for our shower over a month ago (paid ) and when ever we go there and ask about it Simon has no idea what we talking about. He then says it will be installed the day I spoke to him and then he says next week Thursday!!! Well guess what today is Wednesday and we haven’t heard from him to arrange when they are coming tomorrow. This guy is rude, has no idea what is happening in his shop and the receptionist is useless! Takes messages but we get called back days later. Unprofessional.

Nedbank Santon
I would like to make a complain about Nedbank office in Sandton JHB Rivonia Road. I have been dealing with two of their employees, who have said they were doing tasks and they have not. They do not respond to emails, they have been very unprofessional and rude. This is a sensitive subject for my family and I who are trying to put our lost sister and aunt to rest but this can not be finalized because of unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic.
