I went to the KFC Polkadraai, Kuils River on Sunday afternoon and ordered a KFC family feast 8 piece. There was another order prior to mine for the same thing that wasn't collected by the customer. They tried to give me that order. I told them that I refuse to accept an order that was cold let alone that was standing. They took it to the back and tried to repackage it. I insisted on a fresh order. This is disgusting for a brand that is so well known globally. I complained to the manager and all she could say was that she was sorry. I will not be returning to that store.

The worst sushi ever. Wait for an hour for our sushi order which wasn't even correct. The presentation was disgusting with the salmon roses all different sizes and thickness. Some had little to no Japanese Mayo on while others had too much. There was no passion or care taken in the making of the sushi. The taste was definitely not good at all. Will not recommend this restaurant as I am in the hospitality industry and I am very knowledgeable about sushi. Will not be returning there at all
We arrived @21:20 at the Drive Thru to be told they were closed. We then went inside to the counter. After 10 minutes we were told that the counter was closed and that we must go back to the drive thru which we did. We waited for 10 minutes again to be served and then the order was incorrect. We then told that due to load shedding their computer systems at drive thru was not working. Why were we not told this in the beginning. Why did we have to wait 10 minutes inside to be told to go back to the drive thru. The staff need to be taught customer service because there was none. We eventually got our order at 21:45.
I had lunch today at Wimpy Zevenwacht Mall. It was the worst ever. I ordered the 1/4 Chicken and Calamari. What I received didn't even look like a 1/4 Chicken. It was a small drumstick with a little bump. I complained to the manager and received a 1/4 Chicken so small it looked like a 1/4 ***eon. To top it all, the food really bad. I was highly disgusted. My wife had the sandwich special which was very dry. I am a chef by trade and be we had I experienced such bad quality of food. I will not be returning to Wimpy ery shortly.
I called into the call centre to find out if there was a signal problem as I cannot access the internet. I was put on hold a number of times to be eventually cut off after 30 mins being on the phone. I called back and spoke to a Vincent. I explained the situation and gave all the details which he confirmed was correct. I was then asked for an ID number for my wife (Account in her in name). I explained I was at work and she was at home and that I don't have her ID number with me. I find this unacceptable as I had given all other details. The customer service is shocking and I would not recommend Neotel to anyone Lynton Liou
To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I made arrangements to pay R500 every month to Bayport Cellular. This has been so for the past year but lately I am being harassed on a daily basis receiving up a dozen calls per day. When I answer there is no one on the other end although I can clearly hear someone but no response or as soon as I answer the call, the phone is put down. These guys definitely have a problem in their call centre and I am very sure that I am charged every time they call me. Their service is very poor. I have asked on several occasions for them to refrain from calling me as there is a standing arrangement but this has fallen on deaf ears.<br> <br> Lynton Liou
