Cancel my debit order of R299 with immediate effect...I DO NOT want your services and I don't want to have to take thus further. Please just cancel my debit order.
Yolanda Jacobs was awesome in answering my questions 😀 The only problem I have was that it took so long for somebody to react to my email
Part 2 from my previous rant... Cell c answered me on this site but they then decided I wasn't worth their time anymore and ignored me. I, myself, have been tracking the phone and where it is and what happens next but the only person who helped a bit was the branch manager at cell c in cresta mall not even anybody on the phone. Once again, I reiterate, DO NOT GO TO CELL C! It's been three weeks since I've been trying to return this phone and I've been told that I must wait for it to be reversed otherwise they say I have another phone therefore I have another contract. The "customer service" is nonexistent and they couldn't be bothered to get back to you even after they say they will.
I will NEVER recommend Cell C to anybody! They delivered the wrong phone to me when I requested an upgrade and I was told I had to take delivery then send it back...they couldn't just change the info on my account. I did as instructed after spending most of the day being shunted from pillar to post on the phone and then called them the next day to tell them to collect. I think I've spoken to every single department in cell c and I just can't get customer service! Eventually got through to a Bongani who promised me faithfully he'd get the phone collected the next day (which was supposed to be yesterday) and I've tried to contact him to find out what's going on and he just ignores my messages, calls and emails. I have now been instructed to go into a store today and they can assist me there. I'm hoping I can get some joy in-store. There is NO customer care and one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Not to mention the "security questions" that have to be asked every single time they transfer your call! Please, rather go to MTN or Vodacom...Cell C is abysmal!
The movie house is at China Mall in Zambezi Street, Pretoria and the cost of a night or day out for two people could cost a person only R155!
Normally when a person goes to a movie it costs well over R200 for two people (what with drinks and popcorn and sweets as well as tickets) and therefore seldom happens in my life.
My kids introduced me to a really cheap cinema - Capitol Cinema. I went with them after they told me the cost of their night out on a Saturday night (R155 - 2 tickets, 2 popcorn, 4 drinks and 2 tickets for Ride Along 2) to see what this was all about and I was truly pleasantly surprised.

Three tickets
Small popcorn
Small coke
Large popcorn
Large coke
Speckled eggs sweets
R162

Yep, all this for a measly R162! Three people going to see Daddy's Home on a Saturday afternoon for only R162.

The mall is basically not used other than for action cricket but the movie house is there and I can guarantee that that is where I will be going in future!
So, I have been banking with ABSA for approximately 25 years and have never been late with a payment with my 3 loans I have taken out.

About a month ago I tried to transfer money to my daughter-in-law's for electricity that had to be paid immediately (a person has the option of 'immediate transfer') and it doesn't go through. I call ABSA only to be told that it will take NINETY MINUTES for it to be approved!

So, let me summarize .... I PAY EXTRA to get an immediate transfer done from my account to another in case of emergencies and then we still have to wait NINETY MINUTES for it to be approved. Immediate? Really?

Needless to say I have now, after about 25 years, changed banks to Capitec who have changed most of my debit orders for me. I went to ABSA in Waverley Mall to change my last debit order (a loan from ABSA) to Capitec and inform them that I will be closing my account. The customer care woman prints forms and gives them to me to sign - and when I ask if they're not interested in why I'm leaving ABSA she tells me \No".

Way to go ABSA - that's how to keep customers referring you to their friends."""
Dove Intensive Repair is the best product I have used for my hair in many years!
I have been battling with losing my hair and having brittle hair for about 3 years now and I couldn't find anything that could fix it (and I tried MANY!)
I saw an advert on tv for Dove Intensive Repair and I thought I may as well give it a try because their underarm spray works as well.
Best decision ... my hair is softer, more manageable and I don't lose half as much as what I used to when I wash it.
Thank you for an amazing product that does eventually work for us people who have major problems with their hair!
Off I go to Checkers at Gezina Galleries on my way home as I am addicted to Sir Juice (Guava).
I could not believe that the price was R41.99 for a 1.5lt bottle! I asked to speak to the Manager and I was told that \it's the supplier that's made the price more
