ACCOUNT NO I was given 3 months to register the bond and the Bond attorney for substitution got delayed due to the Lyle private banker being slow,including bad communication and making decisions without consulting with me first,as we speak I keep on asking about the interest rate I even asked for a quotation which never happened ,on 24th Feb 2026 I was called by the transfer attorney for me to come and sign and I previously asked them to send through the contract and quotation so I can go through it and they failed & the Bond attorney for substitution attorney is telling me that the private banker was the one who was suppose to send the contract to me ,this has caused a lot of inconvenience for me as I had to drive about 50km to sign when I get there ,the interest rate was bad currently my interest rate is 9.65% and it was due for review because the 2 years period has passed and now they are offering 9.97% interest rate without running the new interest rate with me first and the previous time when we spoke he said am going to get a better rate and secondly last year they came to my house for valuation and I have been requesting the evaluation report and he hasn’t send it.I have been requesting for them to change this private banker due to the poor service I have been getting from him however my request hasn’t been acknowledged or even get any response from the bank till date.I am disappointed with the service I am getting as I have been a loyal customer for the past 10years and paying my bond on time without any issues .I need this resolved before 12pm tomorrow as it’s long over due .what’s the point of having a private banker and paying for one if I can simply walk to the Meyerton branch and get better service and I feel like Fnb they don’t value me.PLEASE REPLACE MY PRIVATE BANKER SAP
Morning I never authorised Fnb to debit my account for the last 7yrs I have been in cash payments or EFT but they debit my account without my approval and I paid them

Good morning, We visited Dischem South Gate on Monday last week for my son's prescription, he was diagnosed with bronchitis , & he's is asthmatic, Due to your staffs negligence he was given medications of another patient from dispensary, This medications are for a person with diabetes, side effects are weight loss, stomach cramps, trouble breathing(for a person who is asthmatic, we also noticed weight loss in him.We laid a complaint yesterday with your management of lack of urgency , till today no one has come back to us , Note we still missing medications that was meant to make my son better, & plus he was given medications that have caused harm to him , He now needs another consultation & tests to ensure all is well with him from our pockets again, Please contact me regarding this ,Anele did nothing about this He promise he will send draver or call until today

It has been my request from Liberty to change my premium, beneficiary gender and the method of payment from stop order to cash since 2020 after I stopped working. i immediately attended to it because I knew that the premium was to be payable as stop order and reduced the amount to R250 because I couldn't afford. All the steps were done in Vereeniging Liberty Life Branch where I completed the forms and all got confirmed. I visited the branch again later after I received the wrong statement but was assured that all was well. I then never received any mails from Liberty then I contacted our financial advisor from Phuthaditjhaba Branch who helped us from the onset, but she was unavailable too. I started sending mails and calling the very lady and the branch she works for but, it often seemed not to be Liberty's line. Mailed the often but finally replied that they are attending to it and our financial advisor will call, but all was in vain because the statement was still wrong even when I received their reply that it got rectified. I also tried to change the Policy information - POLICY NUMBER 99000189762 on the self service portal two weeks back around the 30th of August 2022. I waited until the 27th/09 when I decided to call its head office and talked to Banele Fakude who made all the requests on my behalf. She also assured me that the request message was to be sent the very day but only got it yesterday, but again the POLICY information statement remains INCORRECT
