Ordered quite a bit. Everything from sushi to dumplings and meals were horrible.Beeftastes off andsmells horrible. Wastes of R500. Will not order from here again.
My person experience with Runway has always been excellent. From queries to returns to customer feedback -- they are quick to respond via email, or even telephone... you speak directly to an individual and they always make you feel like the best customer. My recent experience with Kira was ablsolutely amazing. Kind, quick turnaround times and absolutely fabulous customer service :) Keep up the awesome service .. loyal customer
I am so disgusted! Ordered Mince amongst other items today. Beef appeared pink... once opened -- it was rotten meat covered by fresh mince. The entire thing was rotten, brown and stunk up my entire litchen, totally disgusting @CheckersCornubia. Selling rotten meat and disguising it -- unhappy -- disgusted -- made me throw up!!!!!!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DONT EVER ORDER ONLINE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE DECEMBER 24 FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED. I placed an order on 24 DEC 2022 - app indicated stock available and they immediately debited my account. After 30min - they stated they had no stock but did not refund my money. I called every day and they leep saying it has been processed and even closed my tickets -- but no refund. I now called again (16 January 2023) - 4 weeks later and still nothing. No the call centre agent says it is still with their Finance team as it has not been prcessed. I use services like the Checkers 60min App / takealot/Woolworths and their turnaround times are always within 48 hours. PicknPay has been lying about everything -- the amount of money i have spend calling them is now more than the refund owed -- you ragents say 3-d business days --- its 4 weeks and i still have not received my refund. Absolutely shocking -- you should close your online orders as it is pathetic. you guys are thieves 10016066237 JAMIE
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE RECEIVED. AFTER WAITING FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS FOR A DELIVERY -- I FOLLOWED UP NUMEROUSLY WITH NO PROPER FEEDBACK. TODAY AFTER 2 WEEKS, I AM TOLD TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE TAKEALOT. YOU DONT EVEN INFORM ME JUST MOVE THE DELIVERY DATE BY ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. YOU DELIVERY PROMISES 5 - 7 DAYS -- NOT 4 WEEKS. I WOULD RATHER USE AMAZON.
I have been trying to get a refund for over two days… I call and even go to the Store at Gateway Umhlanga, NO ASSISTANCE.. numerous calls and fuel which actgually costs more than the R500 owed to me. You Area Manager Saadiya has still not gotten back to me --- neither the gentleman Raymond. I wait for almost an hour ---- what a waste of time --- definitely going to take this Legal!!@!!!!!!
ABsolutely pathetic. I placed an order a 2pm for lucnh and supper groceries. Time of delivery was 6pm -- which i thougt was late, but accepted. I received a message at 6.30pm with checkers declining and cancelling my delivery -- 4.5 hours later. If you couldnt deliver, why did you accept -- i could have sent to the damn store or even ordered from Pick n Pay --- How can you advertise a service for 60minutes -- not deliver and cancel 4.5 hours later. You really put me in such a difficult position last night as i have 2 young children -- who were waiting for their order -- and lunch goodies for today!! I EVEN CALLED YOUR CALL CENTRE AND WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!

Today I visited your Cornubia Branch as I do weekly. I decided to use my points at the till point purchasing vitamins. 1. The cashier imputed the incorrect amount - and then voided it and asked me to complete my purchase at the next till point - which I abliged. 2. Something went wrong, she called the supervisor and other tell and the 3 of them continued to speak in Zulu for about 7minutes and not telling me whats wrong - no explaination or apologies I interrupted their conversion, waiting to pay - for one of them to just say come back tomorrow and pay for it. Really -- this service -- no explaination !! Just come back tomorrow?? I then asked for a manager, and then they continued to speak to each other AGAIN - and I interrupt again asking why must i come back tommor for her to say the system does not work and they cannot swipe my card again - they can only wipe it tomorrow. I then asked if i can just pay for it in cash to which they replied OK -- I am disgusted by this service -- no explaination or apologies -- having discussions amongst themselves for long periods of time and not informing the Customer of the issues until i had to keep asking-- extremely unprofessional and extremely RUDE. I would rather go to Dischem than receive services like this.
This was my first time to log a return and i was unable to do so on the App. I had emailed their help desk numerous times - got 2 replies where their agents offered to assist but never did, did not follow up and did not reply to my query. Shocking service - highly disappointed
