The urgency of my situation was seen as an opportunity to make more money. Charging double standard Courier Guy prices. Shipping out parts that were not cleaned, or inspected. Want to blame the customer with insults.
From 5 to 1. A 3rd party recommended by naked caused more issues with my phone repair. They had it 3 times, and now want it a 4th. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Joy at Naked. They do not care. My phone did not have a single issue prior to handing it to Platinum Repairs. 5 Year customer, and this is how you are treated. You are only as good as your last interaction with a Client!
Great friendly service. Order arrived in good order. Adequate packaging for fragile content. Highly recommend this service!
My fur baby was really ill. I took her to the hospital. Multiple tests, and blood tests had to be done. I did not get pre-authorization. Initially there was no actual diagnosis, just a suspected diagnosis. OnePlan only paid R1550. I was emotional about Shadow, and not happy about this. I took the highest Plan with all the bells and whistles to ensure my baby is covered. Although I understand that without a clear diagnosis, they cannot just pay for all the tests. After the pancreatitis was diagnosed, the case was reopened and the bill was settled. Thank you OnePlan!
To those who are unaware of the incident that happened to Danielle, who worked at Chamberlain Centurion, go to Afriforum and read up. It is disgusting how Chamberlain treated an employee. Now ex-employee. Danielle was fired. They clearly didn't learn from Dischem's blunder, costing Dischem R1,9 Billion.
Disgusting! May not be much, but you lost my business. Will never set a foot in any Dis-Chem stores again. I feel sorry for the minority employees!
Order processed, and delivered as reported. Adequately wrapped and packaged. Product is exactly what I ordered and expected.
Placed an order online (to collect) from a Clicks one minute from my work. 4 Items available over the counter from the pharmacy. I gave it a couple of hours, went to collect. I was then informed by the manage of Clicks at The Marc in Sandton that it will take 3 days for over the counter items because I ordered and paid online. On the counter it is advertised big and bold "order online fast service". I might not be the biggest spender at Clicks. They have surely lost a customer.
I live close to the store. Though have long working hours. Thought I would test the online service. Took 2 days to process my order. And will take another 3 - 5 days to deliver 4 km from the shop. Delivery which you are charged for. Lesson learned. Online service is useless.
<p> My Samsung Galaxy S6 Egde was repaired under ADH warrantee. The screen was replaced about 2 months ago.</p> <p>SInce then my PHONE warrantee has expired. </p> <p> </p> <p>The newly replaced screen is now faulty. Has pink lines running through it. A Samsung technician has confirmed that it is a hardware issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>They now do not want to replace the screen. There is NO damage to the phone. This is a faulty screen and they now expect me to pay. This is rediculous!!</p>
