Absolutely terrible customer service.. we settled the account and yet we been begging for natis documents for months and all we ever get is the automatic email response…
Terrible Terrible service.. Last week Friday we went there for dinner.. (9 Sep) Waited for 5-10 min just standing there at the entrance with no one sitting us down or anything.. Then after the long wait, had to wait even more just to have someone ask us for something to drink… staff just kept passing us by as if we were not even there… ended up leaving hungry, by the time they tried to “assist” the kitchen would’ve already Closed… First i called to book, was told if we only 2 people, there s no need to book.. and when we get there, no one attends to us… imagine being at a restaurant for 45 min and no food.. we ended up going to a near by grub place that hadd 100times better services.
KFC BIG BIRD wasted time… time il never get back.. they delayed for just 10 wings, not even an apology…imagine… a hole half an hour in the evening even….
Terrible experience with Web Africa. After almost a month.. Im ashamed of recommending you guys We signed up with Web africa for Fibre.. firstly the delivery guy starts hitting on my partner. Fine we let that slide. Now we can’t get connected and no one is helping, after numerous calls and texts.. yet they already debited the account.. I feel embarrassed for recommending you guys.. Funny how they tell us to stop an expired contract we must contact them, but when we actually do call, no one ever answers, just the machine that keeps you on hold.. When we email, no one but the machine responds.<br> <br> Then they still bill you for things you don't even use. <br> We already complained- REF NUMBER 130289013, REQ:5233982<br> As well as emailed them ref number [#10397394]<br> AND NO ONE RESPONDS.. How can you treat people like they don't exist. Quick to take in new sales, but slow to keep current customers happy.
