I bought many items including a bathroom sink for my home renovation from ITALTILE not so long ago. The sink cracked after 2 weeks of installation. I am told that it will not be replaced because the supplier has never had a sink crack before........neither have I but here we are!!! After spending thousands at their stores?? I don't know why I am being told what the supplier said because I did not buy from the supplier. Surely this *********! What kind of a sink cracks?????? Do not buy from these people, you'll be stuck with broken items that "the supplier will not replace".
On October 18, I placed an order with Mochachos via Mr D. Order came in very quick. One of the meals in the order was not satisfactory. The meal looked as though it had been eaten. There was hardly any rice in it and it splattered all over. I then instantly call Mochachos to notify them of my issue and asked that they collect their food as I was not going to be able to eat it. They said i should contact Mr Delivery as the order was placed with them, which I did. They responded to via email the next day saying they'd investigate and get back to me. I sent a follow up after some days and I have since been ignored. As someone who orders pretty much every day using Mr D, I will not accept this kind of service. I paid for that food, it was not a donation. I basically paid them to bring me food that ended up in the bin. I've been waiting thinking they will contact me. I even continued to use the app while waiting. On principle, I am deleting their app immediately. I won't continue to spend my money a company that disrespects and disregards me. As for Mochachos Brackenhurst, I've let so many other instances slide. From your chicken which is always dripping blood, to the missing chips or the 7 wings you deliver when i've ordered and paid for 8. You guys are disgusting.

Guys, whatever you do, I would advise you not enrol with charterquest. It is a nightmare from the very start. You will lose money and gain nothing. I cannot stress this enough. I get the feeling CIMA will regret partnering with them. Their work ethic is the pits
I don't even know where to begin. Please do yourself a favour by nirbeven considering charterquest. They are the most pathetic institution I have ever encountered. Due to their negligence and disorganization, I owe the company I work for R15k for an education I never even received. I had registered and paid for full time classes only to be told they are not available. I could not attend all their weekend classes due tobjealth reasons. Apparently I have forfeited all the monies paid. This after I their staff blatantly ignored emails I sent, never return calls and e en after I drive there received no assistance. My view is that you do not a right to fair and honest dealings with Chartequest. Their terms and conditions are unfair, unjust and unreasonable. Do not gamble with your money! I recommend IBTC instead. An honest business with good work ethic
I logged a claim on the 5th Feb which was approved on the 12th. I left my car at bmw supertech in Newcastle and specifically asked that it not be removed from there because of the experience I had last year where I received a call from discovery saying my car had been moved to Johannesburg only to find that 3 days later the car had not reached its destination and discovery was not even aware. On Tuesday the 20th I called to find out how far they were with the repairs because nothing had been updated online. Only to find that work on my car had not begun, the car was not even at the repair center. And again, discovery was not aware of this. The car was moved from the repair center for assessment and miraculously nobody remembered to that it needed to go back. The repair center only received authorization yesterday. I have called discovery each day of this week and left countless requests for feedback from Aubrey who is supposed to be handling my claim. He is never available and never calls back. I requested the assessment report and I saw that there were previous damages listed which I also queried last week. My car had non of the damages listed when I sent it in. nothing has been done here either. I have spent over R10 000 in car hire over these past 3 weeks. which was fine because I didn't have car hire on my package. I added car hire to my package on the 8th. Now I am not prepared to hire a vehicle at my expense because it is their negligence that has AGAIN caused delays. They want to offer me a manual car because of some disclaimer that I don't care about. I do not want a manual car. I want an automatic car as I am accustomed to driving one. I called this morning and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I spoke to a very friendly lady who was kind enough to send an email to Aubrey and his manager as they were unavailable, as expected, they did not bother to call me back. How pathetic can one insurance company be! clearly my first time encounter was no mistake, it's just how they conduct business. Discovery insure has no respect for its customers. In my last claim they refused to pay for certain damages that were part of the accident and provided no explanations for their refusal. I was given a car that still had scratches on the hood and yet I must pay a full premium on a monthly basis. #Discovery must fall!

Its almost 3 weeks and I do not even have an assessment. Now my car is missing. They sent me an email saying the car is being transferred from standerton to JHB on the 3rd. I called Albarante where they claim the car was booked for assessment on the 4th and 5th and they said the car is not there. J has to call and notify discovery that the car is not where they say it is. This was yesterday and no one has called to update me. </p> <p>I had the accident on the 17 April. On the 18 I told them I am in JHB so they need to bring the car here. They claimed that they wanted to do the assessment first and then bring it here. 2 weeks later they change their story. Now the car must come up here and then they will do the assessment. And that was last week Friday. So what have they done in 3 weeks. </p> <p>I'm so disgusted. I reported to Jathin that Thando Ngwenya who is handling my claim is just not coming to the party. She is just not interested. I asked him to get someone else to handle the claim. Had he acted on my complaint I doubt we would be here. My claim is not approved 3 weeks into it. What a joke of an insurer. I am sick of calling them </p> <p>Who the loses a car?!</p>
