I would just like to express the dissatisfaction i have in the service i received from Alpen Food company. I brought to their attention on the Nutrific Facebook page in their inbox my experience. I sent a private message on 10 October 2023 that i bought a box of 48 Nutrific at Giants in Epping. When i opened the box there was only 36 in. That was 12 x3. They rep**** requesting contact details which i provided them with. For some reason they sent me a email it went into my spam folder. I provided all the details they request and were told its being sent to their quality team for investigation. I followed up on 25 October and the lady said she was out of office but she will follow up and get back to me. Till today i haven't heard anything. I feel if my query is not important enough to be handled with urgency. This is the service you get from brands you trust then they disappoint you like this. What will it cost to get the service i know i deserve?
After my struggle to cancel Rain services and getting a refund, i have yet another problem. The service is canceled but Rain is still trying to debit my account. I am currently unemployed and have no funds in my bank account. Currently my account is running in a negative because Rain is trying to debit my account but due to insufficient funds im charged daily a R8. 50 for declined service fees. This has been ongoing since 1 September. Rain just get your **** in order and stop trying to debit my account and i demand a refund for the additional charges to my account.
So i installed fiber and decided to switch off my Rain. From 1 June i never used their services and to my surprise the debited my account. I called in, in July to ask why i was debited and they said i should have canceled. On the call the guy that assisted me said that we would escalate and request an immediate cancelation so that my account won't be debited 1 August. Guess what? 1 August another R499 was debited. They failed to keep their promise and that guy failed to follow up with me like he said he would. I want my money back immediately. I don't want stories
I am new as in brand new. Like an infant just born, wanting to learn the forex skill. So far the few lessons i had has helped me alot. I am open and excited for what journey will bring me. I definitely would recommend anyone to Quberg Forex Institute. They are simply just amazing.
I want to express my utmost disgust with the service i have been getting from DirectAxis. They are quick to debit your account but its a long inconvenient process to get a refund from them. Old Mutual settled my account with DirectAxis on 27July. Bear in mind their monthly installment were debited from my account on 24July. On 26 August a month later they debit my account. I could have reversed the payment with my bank but i decided to do it the right way. I contacted them and they advised of the details i need to send through including proof of payment. I sent through the details and i got a automated responds that i will be contacted in 2 days. The days passed i followed up and they said they will make contact. Another 2 days passed and i called them again. Same thing happen i was told to wait. Being the patient person that i am i wait 3days and follow up again. I was advised refund will be processed i will get my money in 24 to 48hours. The 48hours passed guess what? No money paid. I follow up again and request to speak to manager. They manager called and made yet again empty promises. He didnt even honour the agreement to call me again when he said he would. Im dealing with a family emergency and im hugely being inconvenienced because the money the deducted from me made me short in my budget and i could not pay another financial commitment. So can i sue them? In all fairness i think they should not just compensate me for the wrongful debit but also the airtime i used calling in holding long on the line. The fact that i had to borrow money now from a loan shark and i must pay back with interest. This had been stressful and gave me sleepless nights and headaches. This needs to stop. I want my money and i want it now.
<p>Good day I am very annoyed at the process these people follow at the department of labour. I processed a claim in February 2017 whilst being on maternity leave. The claim were approved and I received my first payout on 10March. I went in again the same day of receiving payment and were given a form that I must come back 10April to sign. After going in on the date provided payment were processed and paid into my account after two days and were given the next date of 10May to follow the same process. So my comany gave me a portion of my salary while I was on maternity leave. I was advised by Pumeza in the Athlone branche that my total benefit payout over the period will R12 640. After going on the 10th of May my payment were blocked due to discrepancies from my comany not sticking to the amounts they had to pay me. So 1 month they gave me less and the other more. I then went the Capetown branch on the corner of Riebeeck and Long street. Lindelwa were very helpful and told me that my company had to then send a updated UI2.7 form indicating the amounts they actually paid me plus a salary schedule. After send through that info I received payment. Then I were given a date for 2June for my last payment. So after calculating my amounts received it did not add up to R12 640. I queried it and were told because I received money from my company I do not qualify for the full total. Which I beg to differ because my colleagues and manager for that matter went to maternity leave and they received the full payout. People on a higher salary bracket that also get a percentage from their company got their full total payout so whats different with me? So I had it investigated by the capetown branch and were given the same story I do not qualify. I sent an email to ********** and did not even receive a response. This is my first claim and now I have debits that did not go through because I did not receive what was due to me. So +- R5000 was held back and I want to know why and I want it paid into my account with immediate effect.</p>
So the strore opens at 8.30am. I am waiting and i see the staff getting ready but they just painly ignore me. No notice on the door to say maybe if they will open late today. 8.45am they open the doors, no greeting, no apology. I walked in and out again because my break was over and i came late at work. They just lost a sale as i am planning a baby shower for my friend and had to buy the bucket and fill it with with baby essencials and clothing. I was going to pay cash and not on account.
