I write this review after much thought. I do not enjoy complaining about food or service. We booked a table for 8 at Florida Road Branch to Celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary on Valentine’s Day. Our starters arrived nicely prepared but from then on as the restaurant got busier the service slipped. Our 8 meals all arrived at different times….not one or two minutes apart but about 10 to 15 minutes apart. The final blow was when everyone had finished eating my meal still had not arrived….the waitron then came and asked what I had ordered…….I just ordered the 4 cheese penne baked pasta…..well that arrived about 20 minutes later….it was not baked had no gorgonzola or any other strong cheese, it was just a powdery runny sauce over some penne. One mouthful and I wasn’t eating it. I did complain to the waitron but all he could say was he was very sorry but the restaurant was too busy. Having said this the other dinners were tasty except for the wrong pasta !The Manager was also running around but only came to our table right in the beginning and not again. We didn’t want to make a scene so paid and left …………not a small bill either, but sadly will not be visiting again
The service I received from Thando Sotshongani at Oursurance Pet claims was wonderful. Processing the claim was so easy and Painless, I could upload all the required documents on the app. Received a phone call shortly afterwards and follow up from Thando . What an absolute pleasure. Wont change from Outsurance Ever!
Ohh my word what a useless Courier, why anyone would use them I have no idea! My parcel was apparently out for delivery on the 9th and 10th of December, to where who knows certainly not to my home! Try and contact them on the phone. what a joke "Your call is very important to us" NOT!!! Try email them...............no reply what so ever, not even an acknowledgement of the email. Really and truly I do think that someone of importance should take note...............your company is appalling and would never get a recommendation from me!
I had to amend my insurance policy, this was done in a few minutes with Gavin Van Tonder . What a pleasure no fuss what so ever.
This definitely looks like a scam! I order items on the 10th of October, many promises of the items being received last week and will be sent. No replies to emails or Whatsapp messages! This was on a recognized group on Facebook Mamahood Natal. Shame on you Jayed!
I placed and order and paid for my order on the 10th of October I received an email on the 12th October advising order received and item to be shipped. Todate I have not received my order. I have tracked the order it just says " sorry for the delay your order will be despatched" No replies to emails and online chat. I have a strong feeling that this is not a genuine site! I have requested a refund and once again no reply! Be aware they advertise a lot of items.

We visited Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge for the weekend 9th of October. I highly recommend this lodge. If you are looking for an amazing Bush experience with all the luxuries at an affordable price this is it! Game Drives are amazing and the food and service excellent. The accomodation in comfortable. Look no further.
To follow up on the appaling service received by FNB-Nav-life that I posted. I must give credit where credit is due. I asked for my money paid to be refunded and that my fine that I received to be paid. I received a reply from Road Protect who apologised profusely for the shoddy service. Michelle Van Niekerk assured me that everything was being attended to regards the refund. I received the refund in full the next day. I have since been advised by Durban Metro that they have enquired about paying th fine. So well done Michelle. FNB Nav-life well I am still waiting for any sort of response from you.!
Fnb your service is SHOCKING! You should not offer a service that you have no intention of fulfulling. I decided to use the Nav-life App to renew my car licences. I had 2 excpiring at the end of August and 1 at the end of July. I did all the necessary on the App on the 1st of August. Documents were sent on the 16th August as I only received the sms then saying they needed Docs. I have finally received a Document advising that the two cars that expired in August have been registered but no Discs issued as the are blocked because there is a car that is overdue, that is the vehicle that expired in July! It has not been registered to date! Heaven knows why, I have sent many many emails, complaints etc. You are unable to phone as there is no number! I was told today by an FNB employee in Customer services even they don't have a number I must just keep on emailing until someone comes back to me> I am so over this I have been a customer of FNB for over 50 years and this is just not acceptable. I was charged R200 per licence for this service................or should I say no service. What has happened to HOW CAN WE HELP YOU????? Furthermore I have been sent automatic email and sms advising that someone will call me in the next 24 to 48 hours................that was over a week ago!!
