I want to highly recommend and appreciate the ultimate experience that I have received through this company. Their customer service is over and beyond my expectations. Friendly and very professional. If you looking for a reliable car service or repairs for vehicle maintenance. I strongly recommend them.
I want to express my frustration and anger at Discovery. Firstly Discovery has been short paying me on my salary and commission for the last 10 months of 2016, I used to fight every month about my comm that was due to me but never got paid and My car was repossessed by the bank because of Discovery short paying me. I should've taken this to CCMA. But decided to put everything behind me and then I left the company because I have worked hard to get myself out of ITC. And now Discovery has messed up my profile and I'm frustrated and annoyed that I've been listed for something I don't even know. I've applied for a Homeloan for my family and only to find out that I have been listed with the Credit Beareu (judgement) of R26000. I have never took up a loan,credit card or investment with discovery before. Please urgently remove this from my ITC before I escalate the matter to the next level. Kind Regards
<p>I had an account back in 2005 and closed it in 2006, On the 31st/03/2017 I opened a new account and I was told that will use the old account no. Which is very disturbing that how come I can still use the old account whilist I closed it. On 2/04/2017 I tranferred money from my Absa account of R1500 for my insurance to debit. When I check if it went through the next day, my balance was now R205 Available, i went to the bank to inqure and I was told that, My account was on -R1248.28 bank charges that were accumulated on the 25-12-2007. To my understand, I did close the account a long time ago in 2006. And these been some fraudulent withdrawals on the 25-12-2007. This not any of my Fault, Its Capitec Negligence and I will escalate this to the Oumbads. I want my money back urgently. My car doesn't have Insurance because of you. Ref ********** 2</p>

On the 19th/02/2017 i spoke to Thabiso who handles the payout and he told me, my money should be paid on Wednesday and he will call me to find out if its in. It is now 24th/02/2017 and still no money in my account. This really annoying that am being delayed for what is due to me. I have been waiting for over a month now. I have also been communicating with Discovery and the only thing i am being told is to wait for NMG</span></p>

I bought a Chicken Licken Yesterday at Rivonia Road in Sandton. And I was not happy with the Chicken. The Chicken had some funny smell and looked like it stayed on the fridge for too long. Totally not fresh.<br> <br> I am buying chicken-licken almost everyday but this time am very disappointed.<br>
I sold my car in 2015 September and then never did the change of ownership immediately. Which resulted to my account being in arrears. Which I settled last month. In October I then called Tracker to inform them to call the guy I sold the car too and do the change of ownership. But till to date they never did.<br> I am still responsible to pay the Tracker which not under my Ownership anymore.<br> <br> Can this be sorted out immediately as this has been going on for over 3months already.
On the 14th July 2015 we made payment at 09:46am and sent proof of payment and then at 10:30 our electricity was suspended. We then called them to about the electricity being switch off but we already paid.<br> <br> Today we received our statement for the month of August and apparently we supposed to paid R400 and R91 as a reconnection fee. when we enquire about this, we are told that. We need to pay the amount due including the reconnection fee. what I don't I understand, how come we being charged for the reconnection fee but we made payment before the suspension? This Voltano service provider is ripping people off. Their rates are ridiculers no wonder people there don't stay for long. <br> <br> I mean, we are hardly at home during the week and in the evenings we use Gas Heater and switch off the Geyser when we go to work. But still we paying over a R1000 every month. regardless whether its winter or summer. <br> <br> This needs to be attended a.s.a.p.
I am very unhappy with the process I have experienced.<br> <br> I applied for a credit card on Tuesday 30/06/2014 last week. I was approved and told that it will be delivered on the branch of my choice ( Bryanston Shopping Center Absa). It's now Thursday and I haven't received my card. I called several times and am not getting any help, instead I have been taken to one department and another. Which is so un professional for a large Financial Institute like this. <br> <br> Please can someone assist and this matter to be resolve a.s.a.p<br> <br> Kind Regards<br>
