Im giving a middle star as this can go to either side of the spectrum. This is where i made the horrible mistake of giving mtn a chance. Iv been with vodacom for over 20yrs. I recently went to mtn in fourways to sign up for a 25gb anytime gold contract. Jumping through unnecessary hoops to give you money. Only to realise that the wrong contract was loaded (15gb). I eventually canceled contract A and redid it through the 135 call centre. Waited more than a week for contract B to arrived. This is where it becomes bitter sweet and more positive. Last friday after work i head to mtn shop in Alberton City mall to be helped by Christopher. He saw that i was very frustrated but he was amazing, patient and helped as much as he could. One star up from 0 stars. I wanted to transfer my 084 number (over 20yrs on this number) to contract Bs simcard. Simple right? He couldnt help but he did help me with the call centre. I went through retentions then customer care then eventually found an agent to help me do a number swop. Coolio. This morning (monday) i suspect nothing has happened... No sms, nothing. I call the customer care call centre and landed up with MTNs shining star. Chulumanco Soya. She assisted me to redo the number swop from prepaid to contract B. One simcard, one number, one contract. Now im waiting for the system to process and see if it works? Chulumanco gives 2 more stars. I would give more due to her but overall the experience with mtn has been like pulling teeth. Chulumanco is absolutely amazing!!!!! She has saved the relationship thus far. Christopher has also helped in a positive way. If it wasnt for staff like these.... Mtn would be extinct!!
Went today to renew my cars licence and the clown at the counter didn't want to accept the copy of my I'd. No wonder the post office is on its last legs
I cant even download and upload a statment to sars without the pdf being password protected. I didnt ask for password protection. Now i have to physically go to a branch and wait for a while to print statements. What a hassle.
Its been years since iv bothered to go to a spar. While ordering food at this centre i thought to get a few things as im not fami**** with the area. Bad move. 1. This spar is ass backwards, i walk through the door and logically veer right as that seems the right way... Only to be met by the tills. Now i have to walk through the tills to get into the spar. No clear path or signage. Its like they hired some retard off the street to design the layout. What a ****up. 2. They dont stock kingsly or zip. Ill never go to a spar again. Lesson learnt
We were warned not to go there but did we listen? Apparently not. We thought lets try it out and utter disappointment. 20mins of no service. The servers just completely walked past us and attended to people arriving after us. We just stood up and left. Looks nice inside but very pretentious and lacklustre.
Dont buy nivea products, my GF wouldnt listen. The frangipanji bodywash is such a waste of money. The bottles lid doesnt close properly and the bottle slips out of ones hand in the shower. Money wasted because it explodes everywhere. Rather go for a much better brand like radox

I havnt been to a mickey Ds in years. Stopped at the one in rosebank only to find that one has to order through unnecessary touch screens. I went to the counter as one does to order only to be directed to the useless screens again. Now i realise why i havnt touched mcdonalds in years.
I phoned now to find out how much my monthly payment is and the phone was put down in my ear. What kind of service is that? No wonder edgars and rcs are losing business. This is disgusting.
