Goodday.I would like to thank Zunaib Damon from Strand branch,she showed me there is still good people out there I fell dizzy,she said its fine she will walk me to my vehicle cause my daughter was on her to me,on my to my vehicle,i got a blackout,i was just telling her im so young but had a stroke already,but it left me with blackouts and my left side with needle prics by time,she handle it so good she pick up all my goods and shout for help in the meantime my husband phone then she use the wrong finger to answer when my daughter phone she tried my other hands thumb,and there she speak to my daugher who was not so far away,she helped my up and told me to come inside the bank,she bring me cold water,she even put all my stuff in my bag,Zunaib was with me until my daughter arrived,then she still ask my daughter must she help my daughter,my daughter,told her she know by now if something like this happened,she then take me to the nearest doctor,but the dr said if it wasnt for Zunaib with her fast rezponse to keep my head high i could've have another stroke or diecause my blood pressure was so high,thumbs up to Zunaib,you deserve a 10/10 for your service,im in hospital but greatfull for you,I hope there is more people like you still around,they will keep the country and people happy there was not one moment she was to stuck up to touch me with her bear hands,she even keep the cup for me so i can get water in,cause my body was shakky,Zunaib Damon,thnx again for everything,u will always be my hero,thnx alot and alot...

I wont recoment anyone to take out any policy with auto and general,i had insurance with them and they always had a long story not to pay out or give you something,i thought the extended warranty was something diffrent,i send my vehicle to vw in October 2025 there was something wrong in the engin,there my whole disaster start,vw quote them R180 000,according to the plan i have, everything is coverered for what vw quote them,so auto and general send it to they assessor which say,they will pay for the engin with a company they normally work with they paid out +-R90 000,the engin was +-R69 000,the rest which is R18 000 something is for vw they told me vw accept the offer which they never,so it was up and down,it become festive,we had no vehicle,we rent a vehicle,so the new year start,the lady from vw was on leave,then vw said they never agree to that price,vw send us a quote for labour and some parts that was suppose to come with the engin that was over R50 000,we phone auto and general they ask for labour hours,i start working,and i dont have a vehicle so i must now hike to work.the assesors of auto and general refuse to pay up,but according to the contract they pay unlimited,its only a front and lies and false adverti*****t,so i hike one day back from work a car stopped and five guys ****** and beaten me up like i was a ball,i almost lost my life if it wasnt for a white guy with his workers stopped and helped me,i inform auto and general must i first be ******ed then maybe you will come to the party,they email me they not gonna pay,so where is the unlimited payouts now,i was almost beaten to death with no close,they just dont care,my husband make a loan so i just can get my vehicle at vw,so my husband paid in almost R30 000,i received my vehicle atleast on friday 9th January 2026,but really people dont be fooled by nice adverts or that long talk over the phone just to be a victim of *********** people and company or even that contract they send nothing is not even true.I will always hate auto and general for what i went through these past months,i want to cancelled them cause i might aswell save money and pay everything out of my own pocket then think you got an extended warranty.poor bad service.
Today i had the worst experience with off beat,they phone my husband somewhere in November,telling him that there is a opening at sun city from the 19th of December until 26th of December 2026 my husband paid the money,we got the guest certificate,so we are pack and ready to go we are a family of 6,our plane tickets are book,we rent a vehicle already on that side,when a rude lady named sandy,called us and say something like they sorry but they make a double booking,what do you tell your kids,that didnt even sleep that we cant go anymore,how do you recover your money for your plane tickets they told us already its not refundable and its return tickets,I phone and told off beat even if they must pay out of they own pockets for us to stay at the palace,im not gonna dissapoint my kids or family this is not the 1st time off beat is doing this to people then they wanna bribe you with you can get 2 nights here or there to keep their name high,im on my paid flight tonight with my family and will go to that place on my guest certificate,i will go to jail for my family but to spoil our festive season like this,its a no go,so even if they must pay millions to bribe us to put us there by the palace there is alot of rooms still empty,im not gonna dissapoint my family or they must get competent people to work there,and they must do something towards that sandy lady who ,think we busy with ***** to ask if both belong to the club.like she wants to pass the buck or looking for small points to get a escape,but we got a guest certificate with a room number at sun city.they must rather book me there by the palace or i must go sleep in that room with unknown people that was double booked,im not gonna dissapoint my family this time of the year
I think shein is making to much money out of us,now they send you a message is from buffalo to imile,i contact imile in Dubai,but they said its at imile south africa,and someone will contact me,a lady name precious from imile im south africa contact me and confirm my packages is there,and she will send it,now that i phone the number cause she said thats her direct number when i contact the number again cause i didnt receive my goods,at first it just ring but if i phone the number it go straight to voicemail i left several messages on her voicemail,but without no luck,the number is 0871509109
Goodday,I dont know if im the only one but my shein goods dissapear after its dispatch it was now my 3rd time that it dissapear and all that buffalo can say its on its way from the from December 2023 and the first week in january,i dont know who ***** it but i just never received the goods but it state dispatch and never pitch,it dont even say delivered
Its been days i put reviews i didnt get 1 phonecall back from santam,i wonder why
Santam is really misleading people with they nice adverts for such a big company,we are with santam eversince 2018,we only had 1 claim for a faulty tv and 1 for a windscreen,we pay almost R5000 a month,and today,2023-02-25,they send us a letter that they gonna terminate our contract from the 1st of april only for 2 claims,there is other claims,that they put in like a collision/overturning,we never had an accident in our lifes,i really dont know who claim for that cause im still driving my vehicle,there is a claim for home content our gate motor my husband just phone them they never even come back to us,we fix the gate motor ourself,how the hell can they terminate our contract for only 2 cheap claims,no the rob our people but we must pay thousands every month for this type of service,i will not leave it here,even if I must take it to the ombudsman,or highest court for this false claims,I want someone to deal with this matter as soon as possible.
I handed in my cellphone on the 11th October 2022,I forgot my password, I have 3 cellphones cause Im a lawyer,a lady named,Juan Marie,informed me they must sent the phone away cause she can't reset it,she told me it will take 3 to 5 working days depending on the driver.weeks pass,I started phoning in November,3 times a week,a lot of incompetent men pick up and just take my details and said they will give Juan marie,a message to phone me back,i almost call everyday,and it was stupid excuses this guys making,they don't even hear me out,I remember guy was so rude he didnt hear me out or ask for a date he spin the story the taxi strike,not even taxi shut down,so the drivers can't drive,really I will never deal with such incompetent people again,maybe the judge me on my voice or my looks,and samsung im not gonna leave it here really not any excuse can make up for the people that work there,today is 12th of December,how the hell can they take so long to reset a cellphone,there was a time when they did'nt know where the phone was,im still without a phone,its 2 months,what do you think I must do laugh about the story,the way I feel is that I can just walk into samsung and take a cellphone,believe I got grounds to stand on to do that,for the inconvenience,the lies and incompetent,pathetic staff
Im really dissapointed in vox, we working from home i thoink eversince monday we had a problem with our signal. First the said some places have signal problems, the next day the problem solve, we phone them again now is it only our wi fi that was still, we explain to them again and again work is so scarce now we really need the wifi. Betwwn me and my husband we phone more then 20 times everyday and everytime they had diffrent excuses and so it went on for the week Friday, my work call me in the didnt even listen that I use all that excuses that vox give, but they didnt even want to hear me out cause i miss alot out amd didnt do my work, and the end result i was fired cause of vox who didnt sent even a technical person out to come and check they said Saturday they gonna send a technician out Monday, Monday is gone and we didnt heard from them or technician came out, its Tuesday now, a week is gone we still in the same boat still no one care, so vox thnx another person in this difficult time in covid who is without a job who got a family who depended on me, hope you glad,
