I called for an upgrade and ordered an iPhone 7 and was promised delivery will happen between 3-5 working days I called to follow up on Wednesday and was told that it’s out of stock/life So when was I going to be notified about it? Then I was transferred back to upgrades and told I was told by Sbusiso that I will be called by consultant in 10-15 minutes even now I am still waiting to be called even this day. The network has been bad for the past weeks Maybe it’s time to move to another network provider that will appreciate me and give me better customer service I’m so annoyed right now
I bought a fridge online on the 29 November 2019 and delivery times are 7-10 working days. I have been calling their call center and they have been promising to escalate and for someone to call me. Until now no one has called me no delivery has been arranged either. I have been holding for more than 17 minutes. Today I spoke to Richard who promised to call me. I have not received any call. I want my fridge to be delivered today or cancel my order. I will buy it somewhere else. I’m disgusted by the delivery service.
I paid R370.00 for service and re-connection on the 02/11/2015. Yesterday round about 16h00 I called and the agent told me they cant reconnect me she will send an escalation to their IT department. and it should be sorted out after 2 hours. when i got home i called again and I was told yes they see that i called earlier and my case was escalated to IT, if they have a back-lock it will be sorted in 24hrs.<br> Today 04/11/2015 called again i spoke to Kabelo and he said he doesn't know why they cant reconnect. the escalation was not sent by either of the 2 agents that i previously spoke to on the past two days. i was today kept on hold for exactly minutes. <br> 1st i have been lied to, secondly i was kept for 27 minutes on the phone and thirdly i requested the supervisors e-mail address which the agent didn't want to give to me and then i requested to speak to the supervisor, which i kept on holding until i put down the phone. i'm disgusted by your service! i paid for the service therefore i expect to get it what i paid for!
I booked for accommodation on the 21/08/2015 for a romantic getaway for my wedding 1st anniversary. When we get there with my husband on the 30/08/2015 the place was dirty and the tap was loose. the window seals were dirty. it was smelling funny. immediately when we checked in we went to the room and we were totally not happy. i went to reception to complained but the lady who was helping us disappeared and they couldn't find her. The lady who was doing our massage tried to help us called the owner. I spoke to the owner over the phone explained my disappointment. she asked me if i want the refund and i said yes. i left my banking details, until today i have not received the refund. they kept on lying to me that they sending proof of payment. the proof of payment does not matter bcos the funds are not on my account. I just want my fund of R2844.00
On Friday morning between 6h30 and 6h45 am, went to Jabulani Mall, Soweto ATM outside the bank to try and withdraw money. I inserted my bank card and punch in the pin, right after punching the pin, the screen moved to a cardless screen and never gave me any options. I then press cancelled until the machine showed a red screen jammed. Called to stop the card and was given a ref no: 1221900736, Then I received an sms that R2000 was withdrawn from Jabulani Shell at 6h35? That's when I called the number on the sms Query? 0860123107 and explained what happened and R2000 is missing in my account and there was also a transfer of R1000.00 from my savings account to cheque account, could not be withdrawn.<br> When I called reporting I was standing in front of the machine. But now the investigation department are telling me that on their side nothing is showing. And they did not find a card on the machine. Now they wont refund me my money!! I really want to know where would the card gone to and who and how was the card removed?<br> I just want my money, how fraudster they need to find out not me. I'm sick and tired on banks doesn't want to take responsibility.
