HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU GUYS - I ORDERED A FIGARO CHAIN YOU SENT ME A DISCO CHAIN - THE NAME PLATE IS SO SMALL AND HARDLY NOTICABLE !!! ORDERING ONLINE FROM BROADWAY IS LIKE ORDERING FROM AN INTERNATIONAL ONLINE SITE > YOU NOT SURE WHAT YOU GONNA RECEIVE
2 WEEKS PASSED and still no delivery of.MY FNB CARS EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES FROM TAKEALOT STILL NO IDEA AS TO WHEN THEY GONNA DELIVER CALLED THEM THIS MORNING AGAIN STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK POOR SERVICE HORRIBLE PATHETIC LAME
ORDERED A NEW CARD 2 WEEKS AND IM STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY TAKEALOT GIVES ME A NEW STORY EVERY TIME I CALL REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF MY CARD I CALL FNB THEY NEVER GIVE ANY FEEDBACK OR UPDATES CALLED TAKEALOT AGAIN THIS MORNING AND STILL NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME PROPERLY IM FRUSTRATED I HAVE NO ACCESS TO CASH MY APP IS ALSO BLOCKED FOR TAPPING IF I DONT GET DELIVERY TODAY ILL BE FORCED TO MOVE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNTS TO ANOTHER BANK
<p>BOUGHT A PACK OF KARA NICHHAS SAVOURY SNACK MIX ON FRIDAY 17TH FEB -- AS I WAS EATING THE SNACKS I FOUND A PIECE OF HAIR IN THE MIX ( DISGUSTING ) -- I CALLED THE NUMBER ADVERTISED ON THE PACK ********** 662 -- FIRST CALL I MADE WAS ON SAT 10TH FEB WHEREBY I LAID A COMPLAIN / I WAS PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK -- STILL NO CALL SO I DECIDED TO CALL BACK ON TUES 14TH FEB -- AS PER THE LAST CALL I WAS AGAIN PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME --- GUESS WHAT THURS 16TH FEB AND STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK !!! GUESS THIS IS A NORMAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HENCE THEY DONT BOTHER GIVING THE CONSUMER ANY FEEDBACK --- DISGUSTED !!!!</p>

PART 3<br> <br> So in order to resume service i was told to make a payment of R______ in order for my line to be opened .... A PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT of the contract which ended 2 months ago but Telkom decided to continue with the contarct even though i requested them to STOP the contract !!!!<br> <br> I called the call center ( NO LIES ...since last week Thursday up until this morning trying to rectify the situation, to no satisfaction ) the consultants cannot give me any answers as to why my contract has not been STOPPED >>>> I was told back office will call me ( not sure who back office is cause they wouldn't give me a number to contact )<br> <br> Anyways i went into to pay the amount they incorrectly billed me for AND subsequently called the call center back and to my amazement i was told the line wil be opened within 3 to 5 days \" SHOCKED "\""\"" I asked if i could send through the proof of payment so that then process could be speeded up BUT i was told sorry you cant"
