I had the worst experience ever with is ccd couriers they dont keep you updated they dont call when at gate then the driver take pictures to proof he was at the mention delivery address but not not call and then 4 days later the thing I ordered from rain was delivered but not given to me as due to my documents that was not correct as per driver i dont have my original ID but i do have a copy and a statement with stamp to from the police to say that id was ****** but the driver and the CCD couriers can not expect it as per driver the documents is wrong nou the product is cancelled this is ridiculous and then the driver and the company he had in the car sit and laugh at me is this how customers is treated Now telkom rain wifi is not calling back to resolve this problem Now i what to change ownership on the package deal as its already paid and i do have the original ID and not a ID with a statement from the police department to say that it was ******
Im very very unhappy with the planing of the venue that I booked for my wedding was a waste of money and the big day i had in mind was ruined at this place Cant get the owners details as the ***s that work there dont wana give it to my so what can i do
Good day I went to spar woodhill at woodhill shopping centre in that spar doing my shopping as im shopping for a care facility in Garsfontein and its crazy how customers is being talk to by management as I needed toilet paper took 3 packs of 9 rolls ones again there's no where on the shelf a price the only price that there was was for a different thing but was underneath the toilet paper i told the cashier to go and check the price because there it was a different pice on the shelf as im waiting and waiting the cashier and manager returned to me and was confronted in a very bad manner and attitude by the manager he told me straight away that it wouldn't be given me at the price that i saw and the i ask him sir is it me dutie as a customer to compare the products barcode with the price barcode i did not get a response only reply was that you wouldn't get it for this price i paid the stuff and i took pictures of the price and product for proof I mean this is not even the first time this happened to me at that spar Wana say im very disappointed in the service and customer service that im getting i WILL not leave this here im a regular customer at this spar and its 850m from me so its so much easier for me to go to woodhill spar i even send how many people there all of the people in the care facility is buying from you as i told them its a excellent spar but im sorry im very very disappointed and unhappy customer lets see if it will be solved or im taking it further.......

Good day i am very unhappy with a ambulance ER24 driver today driving very very unreasonable bad on the N14 hendrik vervoet off ramp the guys dont use indicators push me almost off the road just to squeeze in front of the line and if there was a emergency yes be all right but there wasn't by what i seen have the registration number and code of vehicle i can be contacted on 0733617389
Good day i have cancelled my policy with affinity health on monday and have told them to make sure that there dont go money off my account but they still do nou i have to pay the fee for return of the debt order and i have send this week 3 email and no one gets back to me im done what a bad service get a manger to call me
