I would like to say a big thank you to Carmovers SA team for granting me the most exceptional service in moving a car from Jhb - CPT and getting it delivered in 24hrs. From the minute I contacted CarMovers the team was on top of every request. I got my quote and paid. The team jumped in scheduling my car to be picked up. the car was picked up by John on Friday 30th October at 10h30 am, he was professional and answered all the questions I had with regards to being anxious of the car getting to CPT in time. I was kept abreast of the whereabouts of the car across the journey and all queries I had were answered promptly. The car was delivered in Cape Town on 31st October 11h00. approximately 24 hrs later and it was in the same condition with which I handed it over in. For such an anxiety inducing exercise, I found CarMovers team very helpful and reassuring. Thank you thank you thank you
I would like to express my gratitude to a shining star at Dial Direct.. Mr Louis Meyer. Louis truly is the epitome of transparency, fairness and reasonability in the organization. I had a dispute with Dial Direct around a claim and the matter was escalated to Louis. Louis listened to my ranting, swearing and frustration in such a manner that made me feel safe and understood. He listens authentically and commited to sorting out matters. First he understood my plight in the delay with my matter which was caused as a result of the claim rejected eronously. Louis allowed me to use the courtesy car for an additional day as I was inconvenienced by their processes. It didn’t end there, Louis went all out to investigate my claim and the merits of my dispute. True to form,he reverted and advised that the merits of my points are indeed true and they will honour my claim. Louis you are absolutely God sent and a pleasure to deal with. You have literally given me my health and sanity back as this ordeal was extremely stressful. Most signficantly, your humane approach and great ear is one I will always look back on with much respect and admiration. Thank you thank you Thank you :)
Dial Direct has no clue how to deal with customers. I have been dealing with a claims consultant by the name of Heidy Bennie and . Heidy has been a nightmare to deal with. She doesnt return calls, she doesnt communicate. THe customer is expected to call and even when I call the feedback is a generic " we are still working on your claim and we'll give you feedback by Friday 13 April". Well Friday the 13th April came and went and still nothing from Heidy. She instead called me on Saturday afternoon to tell me that my claim has been rejected as i have not paid my premiums. Which is utter BS and asked me to send my bankstatement as proof. Mind you the car hire is coming to expiration on Monday the 16th. WHich begs my next point, how did this joke of an insurance authorize car hire for 15 days for someone who allegedly not paid her premiums. To say i am beyond disgusted and flabbergested by Dial Direct would be an understatement of the year. Dial Direct could benefit from process engineering where their steps make sense and employ consultants who make sense and put the customer first.
The worst things schools can do is to force us to use Waltons as their service provider. Year in year out Waltons never dissapoint with their incompetence. I bought stationery end of October with an option to have it delivered at my house. naturally Waltons did not deliver everything. FOr 2 weeks I spoke to a lady by the name of Lorika Botha who does not seem to know what she is doing. SHe keeps blaming the warehouse for the delay but does nothing about it. Parents, if you can refrain from using Waltons if you dont want endless headaches
<p>Essops furniture has the worst business ethics this side of the universe.</p> <p> </p> <p>my mom bought furniture from them on 14th April 2017 and decided to cancel her order on the 19th April amd asked for a refund. When it came to refund they first aeged that my mom gave them a wrong account number. She then have them an alternative account number amd they said they do refunds on Fridays. The whole of Friday a lady by the name of Kim Ntese said the refund will be done. When we called to enquire why the refund is still not done another lady said refunds are nto done on Fridays amd MAY be done om Monday.</p> <p> </p> <p>worst business practise and I urge you to stat away from these thieves</p>
I bought a couch at Design Quarter on the 4th December and cancelled my order on the 12th. I have been waiting for my refund. I spoke to Shoni on a daily basis and she has been promising me my refund and Im still waiting. This has got to be the mkst shocking service I have ever received by any supplier in my life.. Im hooing that I will get my refund of R8995 in my lifetime ..
