As always I come here with a complaint of payments nt updated, dz bussiness dsnt improve at all been complaining abt same thing fr 12yrs, allocate ppl payments asdomblief
This institution is very bad at allocating payments, when u complain here that's when they do their part, I don't knw why m still with them honestly
Whoever responsible for eft's is not doing their job, we tired of sms saying we hv lapsed wn we pay all the time, next thing when u col deir call center we hv to go bk dig fr proof of payments to send dem, m tired of dz, fix ur mess ASAP, since hollard parted ways with dz company is ****. It's been 2 yes since m hvng dz problem, m thinking of leaving dem to join Royal
Poor service ever everytime we hv to wait more than 3hrs for our Delivery order to arrive.always excuses if driver not lost they hv shortage of staff
Reported on monday that meterbox is faulty n switching off electricity in the house.i ws told dey have too many jobs on that day and was only given Ref no and told to wait 24hrs of which it past now its over 4days waiting fr dem with no electricity and things rotting in the fridge.city of tshwane Block Ff is dissaster this is not the first tym i report and they never came.when you go there ul definitely see their operators and technicians outside chit chatting to show theres no job allocated to them
Jd group lost my parcel that iv ordered online on the 23rd of sep .gt a col from a lady in jd group lst wik telling me a driver wil col to drop of my package to dz day i havent received any nor Col frm dem only Lydia from sky net always cols to check if i have received it yet or got a new tracking number from them
I placed an order with everyshop on the 23rd of sep of which everything went according to purchace n saw that my package was with skynet fine i knew they gona deliver to me. suprisingly yesterday i received an sms stating my parcel was delivered to me @10 am of which nobody came nor called.so i called skynet customer centre to inform them of the messsage n parcel believed to hv send me so dey asked for my details and said they will come back to me of which i dont know when.where could have my parcel went to
I managed to settle both my credit card n personal loan today after i asked countless time fr payment relieve of 3 months.i rather starve than to owe dz ****ty bank.i rather go to capitec dan being with a bank dt dsnt put their customers needs frst .dz is 1 selfish bank.absa life insurance is busy charging ridiculously bt cant help when we in need stop making us take insurence that doesnt benefit us.m done with dz bank m gona close off my acoount i want nothing to do with dz bank
I send an email to card.arragements on the 24th of december regarding my loss of income issue to dz date i hvnt gt any responce .now my credit card n personal loan is in arreas coz no arragement has been made.wh i called in December my acc ws uptodate i ws tld i couldnt b helped ,i should wait fr my account to go in arrreas frst .imagine now m gona hv to pay pay 22 thousand in arreas fr both my personal loan n credit card when i go bk to wrk in april .where am i gona dt dt money from .last tym i spoke to Nthabiseng she said absa life will hv to c dt i dnt receive any salary in my account b4 dey cn help me.now dey've seen des nothing dey dont come back to me only creditors hu tels me of arreas in my account.
Went to woolworths credit card section on the 13th of december yo explain my current loss of income situation,a call was logged for deir insurence section to call me back as i wanted to explain my current situation of loss of income for atleast my account not go into arreas fr atleast 4 months of unemployment to this date they havent col me back. before i went to de store o send them an email of which the only response i got was from their automated mail.chat with chat box on the app aswell with no luck.now that i havent paid my instalmen n it suits them to col you they dont hesitate i will get 100 missed col from them
