I returned an item that was too small. It was a maternity item, so in the comments section of the return, i specifically said NOT to collect the item if it is not returnable. On 20th of October, I saw on my profile that the return was declined (because it is a maternity item, which they collected even after I said not to if it was not returnable), I was not informed about this. I requested on when I will get the item back, and until today I still have not heard anything. So, now Takealot has both my money and the item and not responding with definite answers.
So after my last report on Hellopeter, Spree commented and said they will get back to me - i have not received any feedback OR refund..now, what am i to do if they still don't respond to emails and the call centre is permanently unavailable. It was said the refund was processed on the 8th but they have not investigated as to why it is not in my account....<br> <br> My previous report:<br> hi there, on black friday i purchased a few dresses. I did not mind the long wait for my package to arrive because i understand the fact that there was an overload of orders. It did however bother me that all the dresses were waaaay smaller than the average e.g Large and the pictures are deceiving. So i returned all of the dresses, but under two different return requests. The first refund i did receive, but the second one i am still waiting for up to today..i returned all the dresses in the same box at the same time, how difficult can it be to refund everything on the same day..to make matters worse, customer care was not of much help either....spree is good in taking your money, not so good in refunding it...Its not a big amount, but the fact that nothing is being done and i get no response annoys me!!
i did my nails at bio beauty for the first time just over three weeks ago - the therapist did it quite neatly and did not rush at all, but after the second day the acrylic started lifting - this is not normal for acrylic as it should hold for at least 4 - 6 weeks. i contacted them and they offered to re-do my nails. so i went and spent another two hours of my time so they could do it over. another week has passed and it looks as if my nails has not seen a salon in ages. it lifts up completely and looks horrible from everything that gets stuck under the acrylic - not to mention the damage that gets done to the nails. i was told that they use the best products on the market - this is highly unlikely. needless to say, i will not be going back there.
on the 2nd of December i purchased a few items on the Mr Price app. i requested it to be delivered to my closest store, which was Bayside Mall.<br> Before delivery i was notified that one of the items were out of stock, which was picked up during the packing of my order, but i will however be refunded for this.<br> a few days passed and i still had no refund. So, after i went to collect my order from Bayside, i opened it in store only to find that they had invoiced me for the item and it was not in the bag - i knew this would happen. So, luckily the manager was present and tried to also contact customer care on my behalf. in between all this i phoned customer care several times just to be told that i will get my refund, the finance department has been notified.<br> Just now i received an email that i will not be refunded because the \finance department"has picked up that all the items were delivered... YES THE INVOICE SAYS ITS DELIVERED BUT IT WAS NOT IN THE BAG!! THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK - CAN YOU NOT PICK THAT UP TOO?!<br> Can someone just do their job? i am tired of waiting. the fact that nothing is being done frustrates me! please refund me"

I bought a 2L Sunfoil Canola oil with BB date 25/06/2017 the other day, but when we used it to make mayonnaise it had a horrible flavour. Turns out the bad flavour was caused by the oil. We took out the other 2L we had in the pantry with BB date 13/05/2017, and this smelt and tasted perfectly fine. I understand that oil is a natural product and that it might differ from batch to batch but this really is inedible. i have both samples should you wish to collect it for analysis. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
I have submitted a complaint with pictures via email on the 16th of October and am yet to receive feedback - such BAD SERVICE!
Hi there<br> <br> I am very unhappy - I have been a paying member since the Health & Racquet gyms. This year in March I was lucky enough to be chosen as a staff member's nominee and was promised that I would be refunded for the months I still paid membership fees after my nominee membership was loaded onto the system.<br> <br> I have not seen one cent of the refund and am so disappointed that it gets lost in the system as my home club (Sunningdale, Western Cape) is state of the art and I am very proud to say that I am a member there. <br> <br> I just want my refund and its long overdue - I completed the form TWICE already and I have followed up with the admin department more than once. I don't receive any correspondence from their side. Apparently my form is at the head office and have been approved. I am fed up to say the least. I have paid my fees until the last day of my contract - end of July 2015, that makes it 5 MONTHS that I did not have to pay membership fees, in which I did.<br> <br> PLEASE ASSIST ME IN THIS MATTER - I WOULD LIKE SOME FEEDBACK FOR ONCE!!<br> <br> I am posting on here as my emails do not get responded to!!!
