I did the online assessment and bought products for almost R3000. It burned my face and gave me a rash, I contacted Dermexcel and they basically said stick it out, just don't leave it on for too long. I did this for another month but my face is constantly red, flaky and extremely dry. Won't recommend!
Pity I have to click a star as they don't deserve one! Worst experience ever!!! Can't even get a simple root dye and cut right. Would not recommend any one to go there. Some good advice- Stay Away!
I've just realized that everyone(including me) are using this site only for complaints. So I just want to give Capitec Bank a thumbs up for always delivering great service, friendly staff and always helpful. Would never change to anyone else, Capitec Bank are the best.! :))
Cell C... ? ever thought of joining them, DONT!!!!! I have a data contract with them for the last three years. Ive been told When its used up, I cant access the internet and have to buy prepaid data but never will the debit order be more than R99. Anyway, the 31 October 2017 I received the surprise of them deducting R954 from my bank account. After endless phone calls to customer care, they told me I have an open line. It doesn't make any sense that I always pay my R99 and never had a problem like this in the past.I have proof of last 6 months statements. Every person at customer care has a new story to tell. Long story short, they refuse to pay back my money and just pull up shoulders and said thats what I used and is liable for it. Im not leaving this, just waiting on the detailed statement of data used and taking this to the consumer affairs. Also I spend a fortune on a prepaid number, also on cell c as I do most of my stuff from my phone. They have lost a very loyal client and sure I wont be the only one. Wont recommend Cell C to anyone, rather I would go out of my way to make people aware of how they do things.! Cell C Suck Big Time.!!!!!!!
I took my Tag watch in for a battery change. <br> Its the first time since I bought it that I change the battery!<br> They gave it back to me badly scratched at the back. Im very very disappointed with these oaks. Rather get trained guys or send them away to someone that knows what they doing, if you want to keep your standards high. <br> I would have appreciate it if he had send me to the Tag Heuer agent just around the corner, as Im not familiar with the mall.<br> Dont try and make a sale for R100 and cause the client thousands of damage.!!!!!
I took my car for a wash at the Sasol Carwash on Witkoppen road in Fourways, across the Buzz shopping centre.<br> The following day, I noticed that the carpet on the passanger side were missing. <br> I went back and told the manager about this and that Im very unhappy as this is a brand new car with material carpets, that you can only get from the Ford dealer. He went to ask the staff, off course no one knew a thing!<br> He went to the back of the building to see if they threw it there, which btw, there are bags and bags full of carpets which they never put back into the cars! There are even carpets on the roof, behind the aircon fans and stacked on a wall behind the toilets!<br> Couldnt find mine and he gave me a plastic one in the meantime and promised to replace mine. Left my name and number, and after 2 days, no call! I went back only to hear that he is off sick. So the second manager promised to phone me back the same day, again after two days, no call back! <br> After the third time I went back, he was full of excuses and I realised this is a lost case.!<br> Very very bad management and they will never see me again, not even to buy a coldrink.
I used to pop into one of the salons at Fourways mall as im staying close by. A while ago I had a haircut at Hair Network, that was the last time in months, as the Indian lady messed up my hair so bad that one of the other stylists had to fix it. That day I promised myself never to go back!<br> <br> Unfortunately when I decide to do something with my hair, I want it done immediately. And yes, there were a stylist that could help me straight away and I thought by myself, lets do this!<br> <br> We agreed on 10 foils and a treatment, thats it!<br> Im happy with the results and the stylist were great.<br> But when I looked at my slip after paying, they charged me for half a head highlights!!<br> <br> I went back and said we only did 10, how can they overcharge me like that, so the reception lady told me that they look the client up on the system, see what they did with previous bookings and charge according to that, and it doesnt matter if I do only 10 foils or half a head, the price are the same!<br> If They told me, I would have done half..<br> <br> That is ridiculous! <br> This is for sure my last visit as I wont get ripped off like that again!<br> Its a pity because it scares to find a hairdresser that you want to stick with:(
