Placed an online order on 24 Nov 2024 and received 75% of my order a few days later. Delivery guy promised that I will get the rest of my order 2 days later. I completely forgot about the outstanding items that i didnt receive, but on 30 Dec 2024 I remembered and called Builders enquiring about my missing items. They gave me the run around, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund that same day. ( I was promised that I will get my refund withing 14 working days.) It is 2 months after I placed my initial order and I'm yet to receive my refund. I have been following up using my own airtime, while Builders show no interest in paying my money! I called twice today, spoke at length with different agents and the call centre manager, repeating my frustrations but it look like they just don't care. They transfer my calls, but the employees on the other side either hang up or don't answer! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY! SIES!
After more than 2 weeks and still no refund! Sheena Human and Andile promised that my refund was processed 2 weeks ago. After numerous emails to Sheena, she has now also decided not to respond to my emails. I hope no one make use of Pick n Pay ASAP. The service is terrible!
The App is very easy to navigate and I always get good service! always get my stuff within 60mins. :)
Bought 3 items on the app on Sunday. Order was delivered after almost 3 hours, with 1 incorrect item. So, I called in to their call centre and spoke to Sheena Human and explain the situation. Sheena assured me that someone will pick up the incorrect order and drop the correct item shortly. She also said that she will send me an email with the driver details. None of this happened! After 2 hours and no feedback from Sheena, I emailed her but she still didn't reply. So, I called back and then I spoke to Anele. I was frustrated and upset and by that time I wanted my refund and them to come fetch their item! Anele also made promises but nothing happened! It is now officially 2 days later and I've not heard from Sheena, Anele or Pick n Pay! Still waiting for my refund! I’m never ordering from pick n pay again!

I received my order on time, even after I added more items a day before delivery. Just know that your great service has not gone unnoticed and I will encourage everyone to support your company.
Absolutely terrible service! I placed an order on 1 December 2020 and to date have not received anything. I was promised that my goods will be delivered before Christmas eve, as it was gifts. I went twice to the store on Christmas eve, but my order wasn't there. I ended up buying the same stuff in store, because the shop assistants couldn't make up my order with the stock they had in store. Asked them to cancel the order and refund me rather, but they couldn't do that either. I've send numerous emails and tried calling their admin office, but to no avail. I've tried speaking to a manager in store, but there's never a manager on duty and the shop assistants are unable to assist. Called the store again today and spoke to Zaheerah at the Canal Walk branch who offered to take my details and escalate to her manager which I declined to do as I had left my details the previous day and didn't receive a call, Zaheerah then hung up the call and rejected my calls after that! I've been a loyal customer since you started off and I'm appalled by the type of customer service that I've received! PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDERS AND REFUND MY MONEY!
My internet is off for 3 days already! I logged numerous calls even called to ur call centre, but to no avail! You guys are ridiculous! I lost 2 days of work now and you guys don’t care!
i bought a jacket on 29-Nov-2019 and i'm still waiting for delivery! it is now 11 days and i'm still waiting. the call centre is terrible and no one replied to an email that i've send 3-Dec-2019. this is absolutely ridiculous! please can you follow up on my order and make sure i get my item!
I'm literally giving up on you guys! Pathetic service, incompetent staff, liars and not true to your word, thiefs; that's just a few things that I can say about Vodacom. You guys are so pathetic and it blows my mind that you don't care about losing paying customers. I'm sorry, but i don't think you guys need to be in business! I've probably spoken to so many people already and all I hear is lies! The last person I spoke to was YANDI in the "HelloPeter complaints dept of Vodacom". I told her that I'm going to make her famous too if she's not going to stay true to her word, and guess what...? She lied too. How on Earth does it take more than 2 months to do a refund????? You guys are not serious about service delivery and customer service. I've spend so much time and money calling you guys and that's money and time that I will not get back! I guess I can expect a call from one of your incompetent agents again today promising that my refund will be in today and then Monday we will be stuck right at another Hellopeter post.
Ridiculous!!!! I'm so ****ed! Calling for months on end to get my ****** refund! Spoke to Kamegelo now in the accounts dpt and in the middle of the call it went to some freaken call rating! When are you people going to refund me my money!!!!!!???? i bet I've spend more on airtime trying to get hold of you stupid people! you guys will not in a million years get any business from me again and i will not recommend your service! you guys are pathetic!
