They sell your shares without your consent and then you have to pay all the fees and taxes, making a loss! This is plain out right thievery!
I ordered from Edgars and am shocked by the service. I received my order after 6 weeks and only 3 of the 11 items was delivered. The zipper on the one pair of pants was broken. I requested them to credit my account as I didn't receive all the items , but it seems impossible! I now have Edgars consultants phoning me requesting payment for the items that was never delivered! I will never order from Edgars again! Order #2000112967
My earlier experiences with OneCart was not all bad (two times). There were a few hicups but nothing I could not live with. My third delivery was delivered on the 10th of May. After I greeted the delivery person I went in to unpack my groceries. I then noticed one of the items (+-R65) I paid for was not part of my packages. I immediately sent them a email informing them to credit my account. I was not to worried as anyone could have made a mistake. To this day, 20th of May, I have not received any response from them. I tried contacting them another 3 times during this time to get acknowledgment of my query but nothing, ZERO. They are either very disorganized or just plain dishonest, taking honest peoples money. I would never recommend them again. Rather use the larger retail stores delivery services directly or go to the store directly. This type service is not worth it. Regards
About a year ago I signed a 24 month contract with ADT which included a new alarm system. From the start I realised I was dealing with a bunch of amateurs. They did not meet their first two appointments with me for the installation of the system. Thats after I took leave to accommodate them. Next it took them three days to complete the installation (apparently it is a half day job, their words) because everytime they came out they did not bring all the material with. After three attempts I was not "third time lucky" as they would say. As it was still not completed. Luckily for me the alarm could still function ad this was a security camera added to the deal as an "special". Then decided to just leave the camera as its not worth the effort. To comment on the workmanship I am sure my nephew of 7 could have done a better job. The work was sloppy I they constantly tried to take shortcuts to save on material, probably to pocket the savings for themselves. After about 3-4 months I noticed some issues (some of the zone do not send the alarm through to their controlroom) and reported it 5 times over a 5 month period to the call centre. Everytime they promise me that someone will contact me to come and fix it. Till this day I am still waiting. The last time I spoke to them I insisted on speaking to a manager which did not realize. These technical issues with my alarm is a real concern for me as someone can enter my house, trigger the alarm and basically help themselves as no one from ADT will ever show up to stop them. I will never recommend ADT to anyone, unfortunately I am stuck with them for at least another year:(
In May I ordered a fiber package from VOX, even though the area I stay in was not live yet. I was advised by the fiber owner/operator (Octotel) to do this in advance to help elevate the backlog once the area is live and everyone is rushing to get connected to the network. Our area eventually went live on the 15th and my connection was only connected on the 25th of June as there were additional problems with my line. Even though our area only came live on the 15th and my connection on the 25th I got an invoice from VOX on the 17th, invoicing me for their services from the 3rd of June!!! I immediately logged my query on the 18th of June and then another one on the 25th of June. Up until now I have had now feedback from VOX. Not even acknowledging that they have even received my query. The only communication I received from VOX since the 18th was another invoice for July??? I am really disappointing that this is the way they are treating their clients. They only see us as CASH COWs that they can milk even if its by invoicing us for services not rendered. I am also concerned for the level of "Customer Service" I am receiving now that this will affect my future experience as well. If this is the way they are going to treat al queries I am already regretting choosing VOX as my ISP.
My fridge broke on the 8th of March, I then contacted Fixitt. They came and replaced the compressor after which it still not worked. They then booked it in to apparently "run some tests" in order to diagnose the problem. After 6 weeks they still had no idea what the issue was. In the mean time I tried getting my fridge back so that I can get more competent people to work on it. I phoned numerous times to no avail. Everytime the staf says a manager will phone me. Needless to say, No manager ever returned my calls. I eventually contacted a lawyer, who then handled everything further onward. Eventually after almost 8 weeks i got my fridge back. When they delivered the fridge I noticed several scrathes and dents al over the fridge. I reported it to the delivery guy, he reported it to his manager. The manager said he will phone me back the next day. And guess what? Its two weeks later and I am still waiting... I then got new Technicians in. After their assesments (I did not tell them of the above history) they said the fridge had the wrong compressor installed. They also noticed the Temp controll switch buttons are "blown", the door bring bent and the one foot being broken. All of which worked before these incompetent people touched my fridge. I would like to warn preople of this place. There are so many things wrong with this company. To name a few: They fitted the wrong parts. Broke extra things and did not replace it. They have very bad customer service, probably the worst I have ever seen. And when they return the product it seems as if it was in a huge vehicle acccident. THUS PLEASE STAY AWAY. THEY ARE NO GOOD!
My Sumsung fridge broke on the 8th of March, I contacted "Fixitt - Appliance and Fridge Repairs ". They came out and said its my compressor. I gave them the go-ahead and they replaced it. R2700 later and it still did not work. Fixitt came back the following week, took my fridge in for "observation". It took them 3 weeks to figure out what the real problem was (or so they say). They then ordered the faulty part in the last week of March. To this day I am still waiting for my fridge. I have been lied to, ignored (they say they will phone me back then it never happens, this happened 17 times) and been given empty promises (the part will arrive end of the week, only for them the say no now its next week) by them in the past 7 weeks. And the worst thing is I paid them R2700 to replace my "broken" compressor, for nothing!!! I am currently minus a Fridge and minus R2700 and no one phones you back to say what's going on! I will never make use of them again and I will never recommend them to any one. Please stay as far away from them as you can.

Apparently Samsung is the only supplier that take that long even though the part is available and only coming from Johannesburg. Every time I phone Fixitt, I am informed by Zahir from Fixitt that Samsung is delaying it again. I have decided to take matters into my own hand now. This is unacceptable that they cant even deliver a simple part on/in time for a fridge that seems to be prone to breakages. Didn't they ever hear of DHL or RAM courier services? I always loved Samsung but they are slowly but surely loosing me as a loyal customer.
