Scheduled an appointment to fit a device. When I phoned to confirm they have changed the date without informing me in any way. How can I trust this company to be there for me in a case of emergency it they don't care about their customers?

Had a problem with my dishwasher which I bought in 2013. Logged an online call, sorted within 48 hours
On Tuesday the 23rd of January I placed an online order with Arctica and paid the full amount. On 26 January I followed up to enquire about the status of my order. I was informed that the order was ready and will be collected by the courier on Monday the 29th of January. On Tuesday the 30th of January I phoned Arctica and was informed that the courier will collect the order on Wednesday the 31st of January. Thursday the 1st of February, I phoned again and was informed that the courier did collect the order but could not issue a tracking number due to a systems problem on their side. Friday the 2nd of February, I contacted the courier who denied these allegations, no systems problem on their side. I contacted Arctica again and asked about their dishonest info which they gave me. I was told that they have a warehouse problem which they are sorting. Today, the 5th of February, I still don’t know what the status of my order is. Very unprofessional and poor service.
