Took delivery of my pre owned 2023 hyundai grand i10 on the 22nd November 2024 by sales consultant Sylvester. I was only given 1 key for the vehicle. No spare key. Was given different story all the time about the key being cut to the person who will cut the key coming to my house to do it. Till to date the 25 July 2025, no spare key. Plus now I have rust starting on the boot. How is it possible for a 2023 model starting to rust. I would not advise this branch to any of my family, colleagues or friends.
They managed to decrease my premium and excess to a great amount. In this tough time economic times we need to save where we can. Thanks Emmah Mvelo from Miway for your assistance.
I placed a order with Mr Price. Did a store pick up on the 19/07/2022 and was given the wrong order. Ram couriers collected the incorrect parcel on the 11 August 2022 and still hasn’t given word about my order. This is completely unacceptable. I made contact Sphamandla mavundla one of your customer care agents and still nothing about my order. Will never do a online order again.
Ordered the Connex laptop deal from Fnb connect. Received laptop on the 25th March 2019 a month later the laptop won't switch on unless its plugged in. The Battery will not charge it's defective after a month. The laptop did not fall or spill water on it or anything like that, so its not due 2 negligence. Called Digital Planet on the 24th April 2019 to have the laptop collected. Still hasn't happened. I feel like this entire deal should just be cancelled. Because if after a month the Connex laptop is giving problems, i have no confidence once it collected whenever the hell that is, that a month or 2 down the line i have the same problem again. Connex quality of product horrendous, Digital Planet suck and Fnb for having this poor quality product on there connect catalogue. Should have never taken this deal. Was to good to be true. R149 for 24months. Laptop, laptop bag, Bluetooth headphones and wired mouse.
My Decoder has been put off multiple times as a result of non payment. I made my payment via eft on the 27th of February (I make my payment this way for the past 10 years). One of the consultants told me that I made a payment of R125 at pep stores, which clearly wasn't me and they just allocated this amount on my account. Where is my payment of R270, that I made. It was probably allocated to another person account, where clearly my reference states my account number. I have called on the 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th March 2019 to have this resolved. My decoder just works for a few hours/days and then its switched off again. I have also sent numerous emails with my proof of payment but yet they still disconnect me. My reference numbers as follows: ********** , ********** , ********** and lastly ********** . I don't know what to do anymore. This is damn frustrating. Sort your **** out.

I phoned the call centre in June 2016 to get the amount i have to pay to cancel my contract i was told its R625.

I paid that amount on the 29 June 2016 and as the 1st July 2016 i was migrated to prepaid.

On the 27th August 2016 i recieved a bill stating that i still owe R499.83, phoned the call centre again to be told that the fee is the cancellation fee.

I was dumb struck because when I phoned the call centre the first time round i was told just pay the R625 and your contract will be cancelled. I wasn't told that there were more fees involved because if was made aware of that, I wouldn't of cancelled it in the 1st place as i only had 5 months still remaining on my contract as it would of ended in November 2016.

So in total to cancel my contract with ALL fees related it is R1124.83, which i wasnt made aware of, due to an incompetent cell centre consultant.

NOTE: I had a contract with Vodacom only for a month (23 months still remaining) and it worked out to R2458.47 (also got a cancellation discount of R718.85) so you do the maths how does Cell C come up with this ridiculous charges.

This is the last time i will ever take a contract with cell c. Prepaid is the way to go.
