Ordered on 15/06/2025,driver waited at Pedro Norwood which is 3 minutes from address I had given.Now as order didn't arrive they claim they won't refund me as driver waited correct amount of time,my argument is driver waited 3 minutes away from where I was,so I was supposed to walk to him. They ate my food and are content with what they did
Actually would like to give a 1 star but am unable to do so.On Saturday I was moving out of unit 454 in Bigtree estate.The guy doing the exit inspection came and stated that I would be charged for repainting and cleaning the unit.I asked him why repainting as there was no damage to the walls,all there was were a few dirt marks due to normal wear and tear,he stated that the repaint all units on moving out,it was the policy.On objecting about the cleaning as I had cleaned the unit,he stated that all units were professionally cleaned on moving out,this was the policy.I decided to sign the exit inspection costs and he told me that then I couldn't leave.I told him that I was only signing cause me and my daughter were being held hostage and were in fear of our safety.I documented that I was signing as I was held hostage, signed and got out of there. I really don't mind paying for things when I'm told beforehand the costs involved, I feel that the way the company went about forcing me to pay by keeping me hostage was not right.
1 star is too much ,they deserve 0 stars.Today I was moving out of unit 454 after a 3 month lease.Apon the exit inspection I was told I would be charged for repainting the unit because of a few dirt marks on the wall when I told the guy its not damaged its just normal wear and tear which could be cleaned with a cloth he told me that it didnt matter and that all units get repainted everytime someone moves out and that I'd be charged regardless.The guy inspecting the unit furthermore told me that I'd be charged a cleaning fee even when I left the unit clean, he told me that all units are cleaned by professionals upon exiting of tenants. When I said I don't agree the guy told me I cannot leave till I signed.I told him he was holding me hostage and I signed and wrote on the document that I was signing because I was being held hostage and I felt unsafe cause I was also with my daughter. Pebblestone please don't rob people.Write on ur lease agreement that upon moving out we will charge you for this that and whatever else on moving out.Do not use underhand tactics and harassment and bullying to make money.We have the money and are willing to pay if told before hand, what you did today made me feel unsafe and violated. You are disgusted and should be ashamed of yourselves.
1 star is too much.I ordered food at work.I put in my work address.The uber drive arrived at an address with the exact same name as our buildings.He sent messages that he was outside when I went out he was not there.I sent Uber eats a picture of my work address but they say they wont refund me as the driver followed the policy.Seeing that the name of the buildings are the same, why couldnt I go pick up my food if the delivery was unsuccessful. UBER EATS IS A ****.
These products are terrible.Its the second time the pot lid breaks.The first time it was replaced.Kettle stopped working,the fixed it and in two weeks it stopped working again.Now the airfryer doesn't work.Haaiii dissapointed really.
Yhooo the service there is terrible. After spending R27000 for repairs on my car,a week later the car presented with the same problems I took it in for.Each time I called,I was told the consultant would phone me back.Two days after initially reporting the problem the car broke down.The manager didn't help.Only to find out that they stole my brake calipers that I bought for them to fit!!!Ford the Glen deserves 0 stars!,A bunch of ****** and *******
I had a funeral cover with clientel and cancelled it on 26th October 2021.To my shock and disgust the company debited my money yesterday when the debit order normally goes off on the 1st of each month This is theft and I want my money back.
Im am so angry over the service I received at Pick n Pay Princess crossing at the hands of a lady wearing a red two piece suit by the name of Anna or Anne.I collected stickers for the glassware competition which ended in August.On the day to collect we were told there are no glasses and we should write our contact details and we will be called.Today I went to find out what was going on as I have not received a call.I was refered to customer care and found Anna.She told me the completion has closed and there were no glasses.I asked who I could take it up with and she told me head office after showing me my name in the book written N/A...not called by...on this date.When I asked what N/A meant she said they called and didnt get through.I asked who called?she didn't know...date?she didn't know...time?she didn't know.So I asked to use store phone to call head office,the consultant asked to speak to Anna and told her they should compensate me,which made the lady so angry and she proceeded to tell me I caused the problem by not answering my phone.When I told her I work in a covid ward and often have to switch my phone off she told me it's none of her business!Boy o boy did I explode and gave her a piece of my mind!I told her she must never disrespect me like that ever...sadly I was so angry I raised my voice at her.She ended up telling me she will phone around and contact me.Customer care is lacking as I feel it is their fault that they ran out of rewards...didnt the count number of people on the page the wrote on and request that number of glasses?I am angry
These are a bunch of crooks.do not use them.the will make u broken furniture that breaks one day after use and refuse to fix it.Do not use them.
I ordered a Mcbook from with Incredible connection using their online shopping on the 26/07/2020.The order went through smoothly and I received an sms and an email that my order was successfully placed and my order will be delivered in 2-5 working days.When I tracked my order 4 days later I got the same status as when I first ordered.I sent communication to them enquiring on whether I would receive my order before sunday as it is a 21st present for my daughter and was told by the agent that a he would send a complaint on my behalf cause when he trackes order nothing has happenened and someone would contact me.My husband phoned and enquired on my order and was told sonone would contact us with a wau forward.A day later I follow up and am told that the order is at the warehouse and an email would be sent for them to make sure my order is delivered sat (day 6).Today I get a a call and the lady says she received a complaint re my order and will follow up on monday and get back to me.I am so dissapointed by the total lack of respect Incredible Connection has shown me.They really are unprofessional and lack customer care.Why must I follow them when they made a commitment to me?Why not call me and advise me that there is a delay?They deseve 0 stars..sies!!
