On the 6th of February 2024 I went to pick n pay hyper Maponya mall and bought a Demo TV 55inch Hisense for R7200, the TV worked for only 3 months, on the 22nd of May it stopped working I then decided to take it back for a new one, spoke to Tebogo and he the called his superior who then refused to give me a new to TV even though I said I'll add another amount for a new on e because I cant allow it to be repaired as it will give me more problems going forth. They refused to refund me my money, while we were busy tackling the situation I collapsed in store and was not in a proper state to continue with them, they took my slip and TV and said they will get back to me till this day I have not heard from pick n pay. I'm so disappointed that this is how you handle your customers, can I please get my refund or a new TV.
I bought toughees school shoes in december at Ackermans, only to find that size is big. Went to Ackemans Jabulani mall to exchange on the 18th of January was told by Cecelia the manager that they cannot exchange the shoes for me because they were worn, the shoes look wearable to me... How is my child supposed to go to school with uncomfortable shoes?? Please attend to this matter as it is a sensitive one because i am a loyal customer to Ackermans, i don't deserve such treatment. Right now my child does not have shoes to wear to school.
I ordered a heater and shogun knife sharpener on the 29th of June, an sms was sent that my order will be delivered on the 4th of July 2022, on that day my order was not delivered, I was surprised because I normally get my orders on time, I thought maybe they had a busy day it will probably come the following day, still it never came, when I tracked it , it now appears as never shipped. Called take a lot (soweto) to find out what's the delay on the 6th of July spoke to a lady, dont remember her name, I was told they had a break in and my order could be in one of the stuff that was stolen, she took my number and told me she'll get back to me. Waited the whole day for the call still nothing. Called them back this morning on the 7th of July I was told to call after 9am with no reason given. Ok I call after 9am and spoke to Ntombi, very Rude telling me she's not the one who was assisting me yesterday and my query is not the only one they receive there's plenty more people I should call customer care because there is nothing they can do without even providing me with their number, I told her I'm taking this matter further to hello Peter she said I can gladly do so and hung up the phone. Is this how takealot.com trains they employees to speak to customers? I buy from you every month and this is the treatment I get?
I'm so not happy with dstv. I saw an advert about upgrading to compact plus for R460. Since I'm a compact customer I decided to upgrade and went on their whatsapp self service. I was told to pay R75 which I did on that day, and my channels did not change, called dstv and I was told I was supposed to sms Yes to 31066 and I asked so what's gonna happen to the R75 I paid, the consultant told me it will call under my monthly subscription. I sms' d and the sms said they'll notify me once I'm upgraded till today when i scroll to find that I'm now on compact plus. Called dstv again spoke to Mpumi to find out if the compact plus was the normal one or special she said it was a normal one and there's nothing they can do about this, asked to speak to the manger but still didn't get help she kept me on hold then hang up on me. I'm So disappointed that dstv can't help their Customers if there's such misunderstanding.
I joined clientele hospital premium plan with you guys since 2014, I have never signed any contract or documents to say that I have joined, neither do I have a card to prove that I have a hospital plan with clientele. I need you to contact me and send me the contract/ documents to show proof including the card. I'm currently pregnant and will be going on maternity leave soon the premium that I joined says I qualify for maternity benefit I need clarity on that please. I have never missed any payments with clientele and yet this is the service that I get from you I actually have a right to sue you for taking my money monthly and not sending me anything to show that I have a hospital plan. I have tried calling several times and yet I don't get through to the relevant department. please sort this out.

I reported this matter to hello peter in November, people from ABSA keep taking me back and fourth, I gave them the account number to refund my money but still I have not received it. I am a pregnant woman I can never be going up and down just for R100.00 can I please have my money by Monday. I am really tired of this now.
I went to Absa ATM to load my Rea Vaya card because they were offline at the station. I loaded R100 on my card but when I went to the station and checked my balance it had R9.38 I then had to buy a single trip card for me to get home. the following day I loaded another R100 on my Rea Vaya card. went back to the bank to complain and asked for refund they told me I have to go to the Rea Vaya customer care they are the ones that have to refund my money. please refund me my money as I do not have time to go to customer, I do not understand why the atm allows me to load my money and yet not appear on my card. please sort this out because this is my monthly fare and I have no other money to spend.
I Received an email from Jeanique stating that I have an outstanding balance with Fnb for the temporary loan I took with them. my accounts were both handed to Hammond pole attorneys, I Paid both my temp loan and my credit card with them in full, I then only received the paid up letter for the credit card account and not for the temporary loan. when I requested it I was then told to go at the branch to request for it, I never went because I was satisfied that now my account is paid up. now this week I receive an email again from Jeanique saying I still have an outstanding balance of R1 356.00. please sort this account with Hammond pole attorneys because they are the ones I was making payments to.
I work for HTN Attorneys here in park town, went on lunch today at 13h00, as my boyfriend and I were deciding on what to eat and done, this lady that was dishing up which I don't know her name, tells us that she wont serve us because she goes with the que and yet we were in front and were the first to get there before the others. we stood there and thought she was joking, told her we came first. very angry I went to get burger and chips which was not what I wanted to eat. my boyfriend stood until she was done serving everyone then asked her why she was treating us in that manner, she started being harsh and argued with him, was never sorry for what she did instead she kept defending herself even when some of her staff tried to talk to her she never listened, we are angry because our lunch time was wasted and we ate food that we never desired and had to pay for!!!
