The service here is very poor it is as if we are asking for a free service whereas it is paid. The first time i put in a claim i had to follow numerous times until i received the declined outcome. This time they kept requesting information that was supposed to be provided by the repairer, i then sent all the info required but to date no one has responded. I followed up with the team leader but nothing is yet done. You have a very disorganized and *********** team!!!
I have tried numerous times calling Nu debt that they must remove my contacts from their data base. I always get texts with different names and I know nothing about these people. I am tired and this will be reported to POPI.
I have been with Vox for almost a year, but the service I received is pathetic. 1st is from migrating to a new area, I had to call numerous times and even post on their twitter to get help, now they have incorrectly billed my account; I have spoken to the accounts consultant she had to refer me to her manager cause she had no other way to explain the mess, I have since been waiting for the call even my ticket has no update to date, yet they wanted me to accept the debit order mandate. Pathetic and for that I have cancelled my account and I hope they cancel it asap.
Dstv consultants are incompetent as well as their account department. They create transactions on my account yet cannot give in detail on the overcharges. They’ve charged my account twice I’ve been sent pillar to post. Useless service and no one is there to escalate such queries
Paid for a BEE rating with this company, it happened that we paid extra fess and had to be refunded. Took the ages to pay back the refund with excuses that the bank account was incorrect they requested a bank letter and unfortunately I forwarded an old bank letter of a dormant account and I immediately forwarded the correct one. Surprisingly Bradlyn (the director) made payment to the dormant account, I questioned why all of a sudden he quickly made payment to that account. I contacted Absa and I was assured that funds will return back to their account within max 8 days, it has been more than 8 days now trying to get Bradlyn to process the refund. The service from the consultant was good regarding the BEE but the Director has poor workmanship and its a pity cause we are all trying SMME's any amount is important.
Absa banking was efficient with my claim, I am a happy loyal client.
The level of arrogance is appalling from these company, I was interested in buying a car at one of their branches, I paid a holding deposit of R5000 to go view the car, I went to view and test drive the car and an invoice was raised for the balance. within 48hrs i contacted the sales person to cancel the sale however i was told i'll forfeit the R5000 I indicated that i've seen a similar vehicle at another branch. We Buy cars germiston refused and told me i can only buy at their branch. I questioned on what basis and there were no valid reasons. I am very disappointed and i want my refund back!
Worse insurance ever!! My Mother sent a request to cancel her insurance on the 18th October in order to join another one, they took 2 weeks to finalize the matter and in the interim unfortunately my Mom was in a car accident on the 2nd November. IWYZE debited their premium for the month of November before attending the cancellation. coincidentally after we requested a towing which was dispatched by IWYZE with a reference number, they then decide to attend the cancellation same afternoon after her accident, IWYZE went ahead and cancelled the policy claiming they have tried to get hold of the client from the day they received the cancellation request till date, therefore they have decided to go ahead with the cancellation. They further say they backdated their dates, confirmation of cancellation was sent on the 4th November with the effective date being 1st November 2 days after the accident (Coincidence). they even wanted to refund the premium for November seeing that she is actually covered and they will have to pay. We have requested recordings of the calls and we are still awaiting...
