Beware of doing any business dealings with them as I am writing this review I was conned into finalizing my deal on 31st January, they said they will do registration on the 31st if not then the 1st of February. Today is the 5th February they're still refusing to register the vehicle l they wanted to reach their target and now I'm left to do the runarounds. Do yourself a favor buy your vehicle elsewhere dealing with ****** of the likes Gerath or Rowland will bring you nothing but grief. This will be reported to the ombudsman these people are ******* they need to be invested. I see I'm not the first who had a registration issue.
I had an opportunity to be assisted by Aluwani Dau. Who was very kind and patient went through the whole transition with me removing the car under my policy adding the new vehicle in my policy and helping momentum retain me by asking for a better rate. I've been with momentum insure for over 5 years and their service is phenomenon. Thanks to Aluwani and the momentum team for always going above and beyond.

From 2021 until now, I expected their rating to improve, but their dishonest business practices have hindered any progress. They are currently evading the sheriff of the court. When you call their number, they pretend not to conduct business and then pass the phone to someone else. We successfully won our case against them, but they are now in hiding to avoid being served by the sheriff. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them.
The move was amazing as usual as I've said before I wish I could move every day. In this instance however I can't give them a 5 and they would also agree as they're also in the process of the investigation and I can't score them a 1 as the service was good. My advice would be please be vigilant when working with moving companies the company can do their overall best but there is that one person who will ruin the company's good track record.

Lift airline has to be one of the worst service providers I've ever encountered. I have flown multiple times with other reputable airlines and never have I ever had my baggage mishandled. I decide to use them for the first time and only to be met by such negligence. I checked in my bag that was intact with zero damages and it was returned to me in pieces with the inner protective cover holding my belongings in one place if it wasnt of that protective cover I would have been picking up my underwear on the conveyor belt. And the airline has the audacity to say it's your fault, and say it was on the terms and conditions that hard shell should not be used. Having such a clause doesn't mean that they need to be negligent and hide behind that clause, the airline will now need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that negligence was not as per result for the damage, their clause only provides protection to them if proper handling was followed, they talk about stacking procedure. The damages on the bag are not consistent with stacking as their clause states, the damage are consistent with falling, for them to deny liability they will need to demonstrate that the damages were indeed as a result of stacking, since the damage is consistent with that of a fall it then makes their clause null and void and full liability must be assumed remember clause are put in place to protect the airline and also the customer. In this instance. Liability of negligence is the case. The clause is very specific it states that the hard shell cannot withstand the stacking procedure it does not extend it to anything either than stacking, this damage is as of a different condition thus nullifying the clause and the airline must take on full liability until they can prove that stacking was as the result of the damage. They were very negligence and they're trying to run.
I am yet to see such incompetence in my life, where one gets harassed for not making monthly payments. Then when you make more pay in error you need to submit zombie milk to get a refund. First I called in and informed them I want a refund as I paid R8000 instead of R800, and they said cool send the payment you made and write your ID number on the subject line. I did just that then I called only to find out they said I must send my email to payments instead of refunds then they said send it again to refund I did just that. I waited everything should have been rectified in 48hrs, I called and got assistance from Chanel who escalated the matter and said they will try by all means to have this resolved before the end of week. I heard nothing from them on Tuesday then I called them today and they said I must send a copy of my ID if I hadn't called to check how would I know they are doing a lot of delays like they have no interest in refunding me. Why should it be such a fight such a battle to get my money back infact money paid to them by error. I would never recommend anyone to such service
Got great service from Marco ****son, I had my foot out the door and he helped me get an affordable premium since I work from home :) now I'm staying on board, thank you once again Marco you are awesome.
