WEAR AND TEAR IS HOLLARDS TAGLINE AND EXCUSE FOR NEVER PAYING CLAIMS What a pity my son was unaware that Naked is underwritten by Hollard! I experienced it when tenants wrecked my property: removed carpets, smashed windows etc. Hollard did not pay out a cent. Months of wasting my time. Provided you with photos of before and after! Had affidavits from agents. All Hollard say is wear and tear. My son is experiencing the same treatment. With Naked which is underwritten by Hollard. I wish he had known this before he signed with Naked. His laptop was ******. In a secure parking area, with guards and well lit. He reported it, has proof and meets the requirements for a payout. Insurers say the boot of the car displays signs of wear and tear. He is taking it to the dealer to prove that this is untrue. Almost three weeks later and no resolution. Have spoken to over thirty people who have had the same experience with Hollard. I have moved to Santam. BEWARE EVERYONE: NAKED IS UNDERWRITTEN BY HOLLARD!!!

YOUR APP WILL NOT ACCEPT MY I.D NUMBER. I HAVE WAITED FOR 36 MINUTES ON THE LINE AND WAS STILL CALLER NUMBER 3! THEN MY PHONE RAN OUT OF AIRTIME AFTER WASTING R70 AND GETTING THROUGH TO NOBODY!!! THIS IS AN UTTER DISGRACE AND INDICATIVE OF ALL STATE ENTERPRISES! HAVE YOU NO SHAME? I CANNOT PAY THE ACCOUNT UNTIL I RECEIVE IT!
Watch out when dealing with Standard Bank They backdated my bond from October to September without any notification and not according to their initial statement! A year later when the interest rate came down, my bond went up. Don't know what they are doing and cannot be trusted.
Interest rate came down but debit went up.
Interest rate comes down, but Standard Bank send me a letter showing my monthly installment has increased. How is this possible.
