I cancelled the contract and informed that I am going to reverse the amounts as you are causing me unnecessary CHARGES. TWO R79 were initially paid, today you send me an email that I owe R85 from where show me the contact were I signed for R85. You are full of ****** nonsense. I had raised the issue of deducting from my account no one gave me feedback the day I reversed 2 debit orders. The ***** you had to call to say I owe. I owe you niks sies
Pathetic service, very pathetic. I ordered full 4 meals, I get 3 drinks now, when I question the fourth drink I get intorrigated which machine I used, what does the slip say. I had to wait for more than 39min while full grown adults which I believe were trained question me instead of your systems.

I am so disappointed in your self service machine, today I went to Pedros in Centurion. I tried to order on the self service machine twice but the transaction was declined however the amount was deducted twice R65.99. I left without even going to the cashier to check if they received the order. I am sure the 2 transactions are a minute or 2 apart, can you please assist with a refund as I never received the food. I will be in the branch 9:00 o'clock tomorrow
Kindly let me know where is my order 22727197, that was supposed to be delivered today? I understand that the items comes from different warehouses, but as of today nothing was communicated. Shameful service, on the 14 of Feb I ordered for my wife, I ordered something that can be delivered on the same day order number 108377689. I kept tracking my order and by 11:00 it said the order was ready for delivery. From 11:00 until 15:30 nothing. My wife ended up leaving her workplace, she received a call from your drivers at 16:00 that he is outside. Unfortunately she advised the driver that they can reschedule delivery for Tuesday but he insisted that they can meet somewhere and he will give her the gift. What an utterly nonsensical service are you offering? If you cannot make same day delivery just say so, we placed orders based on the availability of the product. Can please have my refund.
The service poor service offered at Pedros Centurion is by far the worst. I don't know what preference is used but their numbering system is a total mess and mulfunctioning. I visited pedros and waited an hour before I could receive my order. My order number was 178 but somehow orders after that were prepared and collected. I had a few instances were I experienced bad services with regards to waiting times but today was the worst.
I called MiWay during the week to change my debit order date. The debit order used to on the 25 every month, I changed the date to last day of the month. I was advised that there was a pro rata amount of R205(forgot the exact amount) from the 25 of Jan to the 31. I accepted the mandate of the new date which is the last day of the month(31st Jan). But to my surprise the debit order went through on the 25 Jan including the extra amount of R205. Can I please get my refund because I was changed an extra amount for nothing. The date is still the same.
I am so irritated and annoyed by these institutions. After writing my review for the first time 2 of your employees called me, I was hopeful that my claim will be paid out. However you have now proven that you are worse than u thought. You have now removed the roadmap of where I could see where my claim is. I have forwarded all the relevant information, yet again it going to be month 2 without my claim being processed. Since November, please don't make an excuse of Dec holidays because there must be people in the office who must continue with business
I submitted my claim in Nov until today nothing has been done, I have called the helpline and they advise that there is nothing they can do, I must check the status of my claim on the app. There is so much I want to write about the calls and the tideous process but I don't have the energy
