This company is situated at the Zambezi Junction next to Woolies. Their Medical Codes are not compatible with many Medical Aid Service Providers. They are totally intransigent to alter their codes - even just to alter their Codes by hand with an initial and date (They have been provided with the correct codes) I have lost a lot of money by not being able to claim from my Medical aid

I believe this company does not exist. Their e-mails does not go through their phone number ends in a message and no response is received. Google streetview of their address shows a nursery in Bloemfontein.
I do not believe that this firm exists. Their Webpage https://solarfirm.co.za/ boasts magnificent factory & warehouses. On my insistence they gave their address as 4 Corrie Oberholster Drive, Germiston. a Google Map search shows a small private home and no factory or warehouse. I also got no response from their tel 083 456 2242. Be aware - This is a scam!
Abysmal service from their online help and the Telkom Stores in Kollonade and Silverlakes. Online informed me to take my Id and Telkom statement to a Telkom Shop for a sim-card replacement. Supervisor at Kollonade, Lebogeng, refused us access and insisted I produce proof of residence. She was not even prepared to view the Reference on my cellphone. Same poor service experienced at Silverlakes.
I bought an item which at first glance seemed to be of an acceptable quality. Only after using it for slightly more than a week did the quality deteriorate very fast and the "stainless steel" started rusting. Takelot immediately offered to collect the item and reimburse me - they didn't even charge shipping fees. I will continue to do business with them
I was admitted to Casualties at the Kloof Hospital on Saturday 19th September. Everyone was so friendly and professional and helped me feel at ease in rather trying circumstances. Two persons whose names I can recollect and who really stood out was: Sister Reynecke and Dr Meintjies. Thank you for your friendliness and professional approach and thanks to the well-trained hospital staff working in that section. Steve Kloppers
I failed to pack in an expensive facial creme at the till. 10 Days later on 28 Nov 17 I approached the Store Supervisor Linky Modise to establish whether the packet was held somewhere. I could give no proof that I did not pack in the parcel except the slip that the product was actually bought. Linky went out of her way to establish whether the parcel was kept somewhere. She could not find it, but believed us and gave a replacement. This is excellence beyond our expectations.
