CAN SOMEONE AT KGB ATTORNEYS / CAPITEC PLEASE TELL ME WHAT / HOW MUCH DO I OWE THEM AS I DO NOT HAVE ANY LOANS OR CREDIT CARD DEBT WITH CAPITEC. AT KGB GO AND DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY AND FIND THE CORRECT PERSON THAT OWES CAPITEC.

On the 26/11/2024 I wrote the below to gym company Good day, I have a query in July I cancelled my Gym membership with you I filled out the paper work and was told that the 28th of October 2024 will be my last debit order. But because I forgot my cell at home I could not take I picture however the lady at reception told me that I shouldn't worry everything will be on your website I will see it has been cancelled, now you still debit me what for if my 3 months is over. Can someone please explain to me cause I am confused. Hope to hear from you soon. I just need someone to please explain to me why do they still debit my account. Just so you know I will continue to reverse that unauthorized debits
On the 26th of July 2024 I called Tracker enquiring why I was debited a R1000 because my debit order is suppose to be R214 and cents adding the one month I skipped should be about R400 and something. Mind you my car was at the mechanics workshop for 3 months plus the agent told me because of the one month I skipped and I am subscribe to whatever and I must have clicked on something and accepted the T's & C's without me knowing she put me through to their technical department spoke Bongiwe explained the whole story again than she told me I am charge for every sms I receive which was a useless battle to fight cause where is the sms's I received everyday however according to her she "removed" everything on my profile I'm being charged for I than ask so will I only pay the R214 in August YES come close to my debit date in August I receive an sms stating an additional R154.28 will be debited now I'm super confused because I did not even go into that tracker app once or receive sms I did not even bother to call these people cause they are useless and I purposely did not pay because I want someone to call me and ask me so I can tell them where to get off they must go ask their technical agent or whatever for that R154.28. And no one called. The reference I got was her name and surname which she said very confidently we don't have references but you can use my name and surname Bongiwe Mgoni.
I called these people yesterday to cancel with them and was told a consultant will call me back today. I regret signing with them should've done my research before and not after and they prove that their commutation and service suck and they just out to get to you. I called one of my providers today and find out MSD already flagged me for debt review they advised that I should get a 17.2 form from MSD Consulting and the admin lady was so rude I ask to put me through to cancelations she transferred me to customer service which I was then transferred to "cancelations" which do not answer their phone. Not even the consultants I spoke to they are always "busy". Can I just cancel this please how difficult is it, I don't want to go with you guys and they are forcing the issue because they do not want to take any of my calls.
After receiving these documents only today and having signed a blank document on screen does not justify for this process to any further. Tarique gave me the incorrect information that does NOT correspond with these documents and therefore I see it as *****ulent, because their is some other amounts on these papers that was not mentioned was told I am going to save on interest so what is this now. I contacted Tarique today x2 and I hold on for so long just to be told the line is flooded, I ask to speak to cancelations was told the line is flooded as well my details will be taken and I will get a call tomorrow from the cancelations department. Worse is when I ask the consultant is this a **** he could not answer me or any other questions that I had. Then he told but you will pay a cancelation fee, cancelation fee for what you did not do anything for me in one day between Tarique and Amy they did not fulfill their promise about the contact details that I can contact them on. Their number they called me from is "busy". Clearly they are ****mers. I just want my details of their data base because they get people by bashing the providers and their company look good.
I am a with First For Women for 6 years and in the 6 years and I was very happy with their service until recently. Suddenly from this year their seems to be issues with my debit order date every month whereby I get sms's and letters stating that I will not have additional cover due to a failed payment, which I have received once again today.😡 Now this is really getting to me the fact that I call every Month and had to explain to these *********** consultants what's been happening and being reassured that this won't happen again as my debit order date does show the 28th on their system so why debit on the 27th if the 28th does not fall on a Saturday or Sunday, how come last year I did not have any issues with my debit order date and from this year it is a problem can somebody beside a consultant please explain to me. Worse is when I call they want to tell me when will they debit the money I literally had to push for the money to be debited the same day. What is happening with your customer service First For Women I have been given you high ratings and then 🤮I am really running out of patience with you guys. Disappointed customers.

I am not interested in anything of yours just want my last debit date for my cellphone to be on the 25 May 2016 no later then that.
