There is zero client service. Billing is consistently incorrect, with no attempt by the municipality to resolve the issues. Despite repeated errors, the municipality fails to provide any proof of allocations for double-billed rates. They also refuse to rectify water account discrepancies caused by their own billing mistakes. Even escalations to the CFO have resulted in no resolution or meaningful intervention.
DO NOT deal with Subhan Mohamad from Visadex Trading. He will sellyou stock arrange shipments and request deposits then take off with your money. We arranged a shipment with him and after 3 months of trying to get the container on the water and after numerous excuses as to why it is delayed. We asked for our deposit back. He has run off with not only just our money but freight agents are owed money by this man.
Beware of Iresha Govender from Crystal Forwarding and Clearing. They do not honor their commitments for services rendered. Iresha will request transport services and then fail to pay for those services. After countless attempts at contacting this woman for payment without success, we have no alternative but to warn good hard working people to avoid this company at all costs. Crystal Forwarding and Clearing do not have any work ethics and do not care that they destroy the businesses of hard working people.
Pathetic service. Have been promised a refund on a router and still waiting. The only form of communication is via WhatsApp, and when you eventually get through to an agent they are rude and promise the earth and then they stop responding and no . Will someone from Webafrica contact me urgently with regards to a refund.
Due to an instruction given to Nedbank Card division that was not adhered to, I was black listed just over a year ago. The matter was settled in full and Nedbank although forwarded a letter confirming all is in order - has not lifted my name from ITC. Been a year now and this judgement has not been cleared up. This is unacceptable as I was black listed due to the incompetence in their billing department and they do not have the audacity to clear up their mess. I want my name cleared off ITC (It has been a year now)
Card was paid up over 4 months back yet I have been handed over and listed with ITC as unsettled. Have emailed proof of payment and Nedbank letter to the various (always a different law firm) law firms to confirm such but still harrassed for payment and further legal action
My 8ta account has been paid up over 2.5 years back already. The accounts dept confirmed that there was nothing outstanding, yet year on year I get harassed by 8ta or a collections company for outstanding monies. First the monies outstanding was R3000 odd the following year R6000 and now close to R9000. The more I prove to them there is nothing outstanding and the account is long time closed. This time every year they will harass me for monies they claim is still outstanding. I have contacted them and asked for proof etc to be sent through as well as the history of my account years back and todate i am still waiting for such documentation.<br> <br> Is it now time to take this public?
I have had an account with Vodacom for many years. Easy 6-8 months back I changed from contract to prepaid - Therefore I no longer have an account with Vodacom and purchase my airtime when needed.<br> I have recently received an sms from Vodacom stating that they have handed me over for an outstanding amount of R2382.04. Two days later I receive a call from a collections company named Nimble wanting to know when and how am I going to pay this outstanding amount. Now I am very confused because Vodacom will not move you from a contract to prepaid unless your account is sitting on a nil balance. <br> I have requested for the invoices to be mailed through as this is news to me. Nothing has come through to date. How many more times do I need to plaster Vodacom on Hellopeter before they get their act together with regards to their accounts department. I have not had any success from them with regards to sorting this problem out and wonder if it is not a question of now taking it to the media- would that help!!!!! The reference given by Nimble collections is BTV37254. <br> This is shocking service from Vodacom
