I'm very upset, with agent that called me. She was very rude and forced me to confirm my details to which I responded I'm not comfortable doing because I have not received any communication that I have missed a payment. She failed to explain why I haven't received any communication instead hung up and went and processed a payment on my account with my permission. Is this how Rain operates?
changing my number has become a nightmare. i have changed numbers in December and i go to the kiosk every weekend to try change my number, and I'm not getting anything. call center is no help either. its insane that a registered bank is so inconvenient. Im unable to do any online banking as a result and its a costing me more money. I will have no option but to move to another bank.
i would like to send a special mention to Althea Buys for her excellent customer service. Its rare these days to get treated like a valued customer. She assisted with my replacement specs timeously and also followed up to update me on the progress. Sief you have a gem in Althea.
I have been trying to get hold of the rain call center for days now with no luck. my 5G router was stolen last week friday and I have desperately trying to the current sim stopped and getting a sim swap. The call centre number is just engaged and the email assistance just gives generic responses. I have had no issues with Rain and I am a very happy user of their 5G services, I dont want to cancel my subscription but if i dont get assistance I will have no choice but to cancel, because I cant pay for something im not using.
So I decided to go through my bank statement and I came across 3 debit orders I have no idea about. It's shocking. Ancorp R95, Procall R129, stero R99. That's R323 taken from my account without my approval, that is theft! My question is why is FNB allowing this. I did some checks and I'm not the only person disputing these"companies", so why is an institution that we trust with our hard earned money allowing thugs access to our funds. If these companies take R323 from just 1000 FNB clients that's over R3m in 1 year. I would like answers to this before I close my account.
2 days trying to get assistance with no luck. the numbers either just rings and the call just gets ended, or if you do get through to switch board you are made to hold like you are crazy. this is by far the worst customer service. we are paying customers you are not doing us a favour
