I ordered items for delivery and my orders were cancelled 4 times. When i inquired with Zikhona she did not have a believable explanation. I asked her to speak to her Manager for escalation multiple times and she just ignoreed my request. Very poor service
Poor delivery service from Nandos Milnerton. My order was not delivered. I had to drive to the shop to let them know after i waited for more than 3 hours. Very poor service and systems and processes at the shops about deliveries
In ordered a new pair of trainers. When it came it was used and dirty. Even the outside soles was very dirty and thread worn off. How can such a big company supposedly sell new shoes and then deliver used shoes. This is *****ulent
Vodapay voucher system is broken, since yesterday is gives an error with the error msg, “Oops something went wrong”,’on the Vodapay mobile app. I cannot access my vouchers nor can i buy new vouchers. Come on Vodacom, get your act together.
The My Vodacom app is crashing when i try to buy anything from the Vodabucks store. This is so poor from a big company like Vodacom. I went to a Vodashop for help and the Vodacom employee told me they have endless calls logged of subscribers not getting their airtime, bundles while the money has been deducted from their bank. We want to spend money on your app but unable to. Get yr Act together VODACOM
The signal has been so poor in the last couple of months when there’s loadshedding. I used to use mobile data when there’s loadshedding. Its been poor in Century City as well as Gansbaai and Mosselbay where i was on holiday. One cant even get whatsapp working. Poor and intermittent signal
I was fraudulently billed for transactions in November 2021. I went to the bank and they promised to investigate and refund my money within 1 month. Nothing happened and i went back to them on 25 Jan 2022, nearly 3 months afterwards and nothing has happened but my service call was closed. No feedback was given via text or phone call. Very poor service.
I took my Mother for her vaccination to Milnerton Medi-Clinic on Wednesday, 09/06. Their process are so inefficient, they capture the same personal information 3 times. For a process that should be no longer than 20 minutes took us more than 3 hours
We had the worst experience at The caffe in Greenpoint, Cape Town. The setvice was terrible and everything overprized. A shisha pipe costs R200 with a half burned out coal. And then on top of that you can only sit for 2 hours, and there wasnt even a queue. We just left after one drink. Places like these should be boycotted
I had extremely poor service at Nandos Koeberg Road, Milnerton yesterday 18 Jan 2021. I ordered a burger and chips and a drink for sit down. I waited and waited. In that time i asked the waitrons twice to check on my food. After half an hour it was not ready and i demanded my money back. Burger and chips is probably the easiest meal to make and the restaurant was not even very busy. I am extremely disappointed in Nandos
