I have a problem with my smart tv, its no longer allowing me to stream. I tried to send an email explaining my issue but I'm not getting any help. You suggest that I should try the steps that I have tried many times but it's not responding. May you please send someone to come and check this Tv. I'm tired of waiting. Or maybe i should just take the tv back to the store and get my money back.
I have been waiting for delivery of the 2 blankets. Someone by the of Bulelwa called me on the 21 December that they going to deliver my blankets but even today I'm still waiting. I contacted one of the consultants about this issue and she said according to their records they delivered the parcel and i have signed for them on the 08 December. How possible is that because nobody came to my house to deliver. Homechoice please sort this mess because it seems like your employees do as they please with our things. The incompetence and rudeness of your employees is too much.
I'm so disappointed with this company that is full of rude *********** consultants. I place an order on the 24 and 25 November on their website ( during black Friday promotion). I didn't pay for the order that I placed on the 24 because I realised that I made a mistake and there was no cancel option on the website. I Made another order on the 25 November and paid the amount that thier system asked me to pay for. Then I called and ask them to cancel the order that i made on the 24 November. I was told that they will cancel it but they told me that if it happens that it gets delivered,i should not accept it so that it will be returned and they will use money to pay for the remaining items. How can you allocate money to an order that was not meant for it because every order number has its own total amount that was supposed to be paid. I paid the amount that was required by that order number. Now you are telling me stories that i need to pay another amount with delivery charges because the promotion is over. When i paid the promotion was still on . I got R200 voucher and free delivery that was part of the promotion for that order. Now you want me to pay for the mess that you created. You are disrespecting me and you don't care about customers but only their money. You are who you are because of the customers but you have poor customer care. If you can't send me all the items I made in that order, please keep your things and send me my money because you don't care
I am writing this with a heavy heart. Ever since I bought Bosch washing machine model WAT2848XZA/54, i only enjoyed it for few months within the past 3 years. The machine destroyed 80% if not 90% of my clothes. It leaves brown permanent stains like Rust. I lost a count of How many times i reported this. The technicians came with Bosch cleaner or Descaler but the stains are still there. They changed drums more than 3 times but after few months i experience the same problem. I'm tired of washing with my hands while i have an expensive machine . I only use machine for Dark clothes but most of our clothes are bright but i can't wash them in the machine. Im tired of buying new clothes because others are full of stains. I bought your machine because it was highly recommended but now i regret. I can't afford to buy another machine within 3 years. This machine should have last me more than that but i started experiencing this within months until the last year of quarantee. This is not how it was supposed to be. May you please solve this because i can't take it anymore . You will be shocked if you could see the amount of clothes destroyed by this. your technician don't know what causes this. they changed drums but it comes back again after few months.
i am so disappointed right now with your consultants. i placed an order , then they included this 100 off voucher in my order and deduct it from the balance. but after paying the total amount (balance)that appears in my account, i found that my money is R150.00 short because that voucher is for those who buy on credit .why did they deduct it knowing that cash customers do not qualify. the 100 off and 50 off shows in my account that it was deducted because the total amount appears which i paid based on the statement
