I am writing to express my concerns about my current vehicle finance agreement with WesBank. While I acknowledge that my account is in arrears by five months, I have been making consistent efforts to reduce the loan amount. Despite my financial challenges, I managed to pay R3,500, even though the full payment of R4,300 plus the arrear amount of R1500 was not possible. However, I feel that WesBank’s approach lacks the flexibility and understanding that many clients in similar situations might need. My original vehicle purchase price was R280,000 in 2019, and I currently owe R58,000 in 2024. With the interest rate adjustment pushing my monthly payment to R4300, this has significantly impacted my ability to meet the obligations. I have repeatedly requested a review or adjustment to my interest rate to make the repayment terms more manageable, but my concerns have not been addressed due to my account being in arrears. This has left me feeling that WesBank prioritizes collections over building long-term client relationships. It would mean a great deal if there were more empathy and consideration for clients who are willing to pay but face financial difficulties. I managed to bring to loan amount down to R58,000, shouldn't that indicate something to you as your client? I kindly request that my case be reviewed and that we explore solutions to make my payments more sustainable. I am committed to settling this debt and maintaining a good standing with WesBank, but I need support to do so effectively. Wesbank is quick to send out vehicle recovery officers to demand payments even though you received a payment of R3500.00 but can't find the solution to accommodate me as your client.
My stop loss was not respected and momey was deducted from my account while I had a stop loss in place same as my open trade position. I had moved my stop loss to my open position when i was in profits. The are listed on Trust Pilot but all the good reviews are there but all the bad rev6get reported on the wrong place. You people need to report your bad experience on Trust Pilot aswell. I want my money asap!
Inksmith Tattoos ‼️SCAM ALERT‼️ 352 Rosemary Street, Struben Place Lynnwood Pretoria 0691652195 bookings@thesmiths.co.za I've made contact with the so called artist Inksmith Tattoos to enquire about a 8x8cm cover up tattoo he quoted me R900. On his Instagram page he had a special running get 2 for the price of one which you pay for the more expensive one so I decided to send him a picture of a lioness and cub as a leg tattoo. He quoted me a R1000 on the Lioness and cub piece. So after he sent an invoice with a due balance of a R1000 and asked for a 60% deposit of which I paid him R600. After I sent the proof of payment he changed his story and sends me the following message: Inksmith: All good 🙈 uhm so the total is R1600 but so the deposit is R960 (excluding the special) sorry for not explaining earlier. I asked him to cancel the order and to pay me back my deposit because he now wanted more money from me. This booking was made on the 12th of September to travel from Windmill Park in East London but I had decided to cancell and rather take an airplane down to Johannesburg. I phoned in to cancel and they said it would take 21 days to refund my money. They quick to take it but aren't quick to refund you, but anyway, so I couldn't wait 21 days as I didn't have extra money so I ended up changing the booking to travel back to East London via the bus. They ended up charging me for both Tickets R150 each, now by this time I could have booked a plain ticket. I was upset but I couldn't do anything about it. So dates are changed, we coming back with the bus to East London, our bus was supposed to depart at park station 18:45 we only departed an hour later. No communication from the driver as to why theres a delay. The waiting line was so confused no boards to indicate us which line to stand in, it was eventually so chaotic! So we finally get on the bus after 2 hours standing on our feet, my feet was pounding and my legs were paining as I'm over weight and Diabetic. I was relieved to just be on the bus thinking home sweet home. Oh boy, was I wrong! The air-conditioning doesn't work, my leg was burning from the heat coming out on the side. I had to open the small top window and hang my hand out the window just to cool down! We eventually stopped in the freestate at a weird take away shop not even a decent garage to get food. So we bought a piece of chicken and ate in the bus, a piece of chicken fell on the ground, the next moment a ****roach comes out of no where, this bus is filthy dirty! We are now stranded in alowel north and were told to climb over to a over full bus with uncomfortable seat, no space to sit. On my way to the other bus in pitch darkness I land up stuck in mud with my expensive sneakers! My food has ran out, my sugar has dropped I don't even have money to replenish my cold drink and food. I'm emotionally and physically exhausted from this experience. Get in touch with me, I want to be accommodated for this inconvenience and I want a refund. I have photos and will be taking this to social media until someone takes responsibility!
I played lotto and had 3 Correct numbers. No payment was made to my account, its been 3 weeks since I played. Who can I contact regarding this? This is not the first time this has happened.
I contacted the call center to resolve the issue on my account as I have paid the account a month ago and I keep receiving messages that my account is overdue.<br> <br> The lady I spoke to told me to phone back on Monday something about not being able to open emails. I told her very nicely that she must understand that its now becoming my problem because the SABC is too useless to update their system at the accounts department and a month later I'm still being harassed and I must phone after them to sort out my account!! Its my time and my money I don't think so.<br> <br> She through the phone down in my ear after telling me its my account I have to sort it out.<br> <br> I will cancel my tv license and no longer pay someones salary in order for them to be rude with me! I don't need a tv.<br>
I have had 10 times better! It has no flavour its very bland. Its chewy it doesn't fall of the bone. The skin is not nice and crackling. Very disappointed it wasn't even my moneys worth. I wasted my money on bad food the price I paid I would have expected more.<br>
