They came to fit a tracking unit in my car the next day I am unable to start the car, a brand new car. the lady who sent the guy to fit it is now passing the bug saying the person is not from their fitment center but the head office I am now inconvenienced I am suppose to go fetch my daughter, no one wants to take accountability
Hi I have been trying to get my dstv connected after paying the montly service fee, their call center is unable to help...it`s frustrating
i requested settlement letter for my loans and settled one loan but the debited still after the loan has been settled , i sent them an email requesting the refund no one has got back to me, instead they requested prove that i have settled the loan of which i sent to them but nothing still
I have two contract phones with Cell c one ended in March but they continued debiting for both of them, and i haven`t been using the airtime and data loaded was suppose to do a sim swap but I did not now I called them to find out what`s happening they told me they will cancel the expired contract but they will still debit the full amount for the next two month I don`t understand why they do that ...cell c has been a pain in ass for me
i have contract phone i bought from them, sim card is giving me problems the phone is not reading the sim card, they are Hosea the store manager gave me attitude saying that i have to pay for the sim swap , no 1 it is not lost , it`s faulty and it is not my problem. The attitude i got from store manager is pathetic
I realised to day that for the past months my account has been debited R95 by taylin without my instruction, i went to the branch to find out who they were i was told that it`s a company called south African payment ********** 750 when i called them they said they are the collection company and gave me taylin number ********** 332 when i tried calling them it`s engaged all the time.
Home choice keeps sending me statements that I owe them and I paid the full amount sent an email instructing them to deactivate my acc with them and they didnot and I got a response stating that it will be deactivated but I am getting statements stating that I owe them.Really the service it pathetic
I am having the same problem when it rains the roof through to my ceiling and staining it i have complained previously and they came and did temp job, so now that it`s raining it started again....very dissapointed

I A, PAYING A BOND INSTALMENT EVERY MONTH BUT I HAVE TO GET WORRIED EVERY TIME IT RAINS AND I AM AT WORK BECAUSE OF ROOF LEAKS INTO THE CEILING....<br> MY BATH TAPS ARE NOT WORKING AND THEY ARE LEAKING FORM INSIDE THE WALL , . LIGHTS AT THE BATHROOM IS NOT WORKING THIS IS RIDICULOUS REALLY<br> THE LUFUNO GUY IS INCOMPETENT<br> THEY MAKE APPOINTMENTS, I MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE CANEL OTHE PLANS AND TEY DON`T CALL TO APOLOGIES OR MAKE ME AWARE THEY HAVE MORE IMPORTANT CLIENT WITH SERIOUS MATTER TO ATTEND TO.
