Claimed for my car in January 2025 which was ****** took them 5 months to give me a verdict which was a rejection and the reason was because I did not have a specific type of tracker, I have sent communication between Quanway brokers and I discussing the tracking device I had installed and me mentioning before I even installed the tracker which device I would be installing and them confirming they were happy with the device and requesting tracker certificate, which I sent to them and my cover was active with no issues. 3 Months later I am now waiting for them to let me know what they are doing with all the evidence and information I have provided before taking this up with ombudsman and I am still waiting so between Quanway brokers, Gencom and New National someone is really bad at there Job for me to be waiting this long to be assisted with my claim.
I got my car ****** end of January and I am still waiting till today fot the Insurance to pay out my claim, I gave the insurance a chance without knowing much about it but I guess these are the consequences of gambling with insurancies you dont know I am never making that mistake again I will rather pay more.2 car installments and isnurance premiums paid for an item I dont even have anymore.
I did an order on the 3rd of December anmd was told its 5-10 working days and was also told that I am going to be updated on a regular basis have not recieved those automated updated since the 8th, and I actually regretted ordering with them just a day after cause I realised that guittar was available at Takealot who have a very reliable delivery system! stick to holidays and service package if this is how you work when it comes to selling products.
We receiving the worst service from MFC we wrote off the car and we have tried to call them to confirm the balance to settle and how to settle but every time we call them we are told it's with a different department and were going to get a call back and nobody is calling us and the documents we received said they were going to deduct on the 25th august and nothing went off and the problem is next month they going to add interest and who is going to be required to pay that interest ? not us that's for sure cause it's not our fault and we have proof what a useless company

I'm with Vox telecom and apparently you guys are the cause of my delay I haven't had internet connection since the 29th of June and I've been waiting for you guys to sort my issue out and it's still nothing been spending money on data and i'm working from home so you can imagine how much data i need for that smh this is the worst service ever if you reading this don't bother wasting your time here un reliable connection always giving problems
I've been without Service since the 29th of June and I have to be the one calling them all the time for updates and then i get random sms's saying they tried calling me but they never did this is the worst service ever and I've using my own data since then and I'm working from home can you imagine how much of an expense that is I can't continue spending so much money on day when i've Already paid you guys for a service this is ****
I won't lie I understand now your premiums are cheaper the worst ever! I think you guys should stick to cellphone insurance the small stuff cause there you good but cars nah maybe it's a bit too big for you cause this is the worst ever service I've received from insurance company lack of response taking your own sweet time to just process a claim next week week will be a full month since i've had my accident I only received car hire 7 days ago and that after i complained and now I don't know who to call cause the car hire company wants there car back and my claim is still not sorted out.
