ON 25/08/2025 I CALLED A247 AND WAS TOLD NO CALL OUT FEE TO SEND SOME TO CHECK MY ELECTRICAL FAULTS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR QUOTE TO BE SENT. MICHAEL CAME OUT AND CHECKED THE ELECTRICAL FAULT I HAD AND WHAT ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL WORK I NEEDED. HE THAN INSISTED I PAY R685.00 WHICH I DID RELUCTANTLY. I have two units reserved at SVC for December. Before levies due date, I requested a debit order form to complete to qualify for discount. I completed the form but no action was taken. I than made payments by EFT on 28/09/2021.Yesterday I called for my booking reservation to be emailed to me. I was told the account is blocked by the levies department. The lady tried calling the levies department but failed to get through. She said she will send an email to the levies dept. Today I am again told that the account is blocked by the levies department. I was asked to call 011-780-7486 or 011-780-7075. Impossible to get through to these numbers or to leave a message. I have emailed my proof of paymen to levies.svc@suninternation.com on several occasions but i get no response and my account remains blocked. Absolutely frustating. Cannot plan for my December holidays.
I gave months notice to cancel my membership that was paid monthly by debit order to my credit card. In spite of this, on 1/11/2019 an amount of R149.00 was deducted from my credit card account. When I complained I was told it will be refunded if I provide my bank details (by p**************.). But they already had my credit card details. Nobody said whay it was deducted. Recently I complained about my problem with Telkom regarding my internet connection and poor service. However, following my review on Hello Peter, a technician was dispathced the very next morning and solved my problem. Thanks to Hello Peter and the tecnician (cannot remember his name).
On 27/11/2019 I reported that my wifi connection (Tel No 011-837-9890) not working and said I will be at hospital and available at home at @pm. At 9:00 am I get a call that techinician wamts to come to my home!! I said come later as instructed. At 1:30 pm I called techician that I am on my way home. He said he canntot not come! Since Ithan I have called on three occasions. Yesterday i was told that a technician is logged in to come at 11:30 am . Nobody arrived . Today I am told no technician is assigned for my problem. Never heard from telkom up to now - 5pm, Friday 29/11/2019.
